We were pleasantly surprised at how great this hotel was. Very clean beautiful rooms, love the roof top, the atmosphere is just spot on! Romantic! Just perfect. Note: Parking is $40 bucks, keep that in your budget.
You can try to park on the streets but good luck! The hotel and atmosphere is fabulous!

This hotel is my go-to every time I visit Phoenix, whether I'm here to visit family or attending a concert. It’s always a great stay. The rooms are spacious and come with amazing views, plus blackout curtains, which make a huge difference when you need to rest. The water pressure is fantastic, and the bed is super comfortable. They even have a fridge in the room, which is a nice touch.

The hotel itself is incredibly clean, not just the rooms, but the entire property—everything is spotless from the moment you walk in. Customer service is top-notch, and the staff is always friendly and accommodating. There are restaurants right inside the hotel, and plenty more within walking distance. It’s also really convenient for quick stops at little stores, where you can grab essentials like travel-sized toiletries or snacks, and they even sell alcohol.

You won’t go hungry here—there are restaurants on every corner, all within a five-minute walk, so you’ll never be short on options. Just keep in mind, Arizona heat can be intense, especially in the summer, so be sure to pack sunscreen, wear a hat, and bring some shades to protect yourself from the sun.

The only downside is the parking situation. While there’s a private lot behind the hotel, it’s not affiliated with the hotel, and valet parking is available for a fee. Finding free street parking nearby can be a challenge, so be prepared to pay for parking. But aside from that, this hotel remains my top choice whenever I’m in Phoenix!

Enjoyed our one night stay! The hotel was very hip n’ modern and even had a rooftop bar which was perfect since we didn’t have to drive anywhere. Parking can be tricky as we literally have to find a “first come, first serve” spot. Valet is $41 and cars get parked right in front of the hotel. Overall, fantastic experience and very impressed!

Enjoyed my time here. Great area. My room was spacious. Walls were well insulated. Various shops not to far away. Staff was helpful. The only negative was no microwaves in the rooms.

Positive: I really liked the free Lyft to and from the airport, since they don't have their own shuttle. Easily walkable to nearby restaurants and a pretty safe and clean neighborhood. Very modern decor and the room was lovely. Best bed I've ever slept in. Negative: ""

The hotel has cool artsy vibes and a rooftop bar with beautiful city views that plays live music till night.
The rooms are comfy, clean and spacious.
Some minor disappointment happened, however. When I woke up in the morning and went to shower, there was no hot water. I left the water running for 5 minutes but it was just not heating up. Also, the water flow was very weak. I wanted to call the reception , but the phone was not working either, even though fully charged. Out of curiosity I pressed the emergency button on the phone, and it didn’t work either. Provided that it was a handicapped room, not having an emergency line is a bit alarming.
I had to get dressed and get down to reception to speak to them. KC at the reception was quite prompt to change me into a different room to shower. However, things like that, as you may imagine, can ruin your morning.

Stayed here for 2 nights while visiting Phoenix. Great location, close to Downtown and the light rail for farther locations. Rooms were clean and had plenty of outlets for charging electronics. Only thing I wasn’t thrilled about with the room was that the bathroom door is sliding and has a large gap, which isn’t great for privacy. Front desk staff were phenomenal! Casey and Eve in particular were super friendly and helpful!

One of the best stays I've had at a hotel since traveling for work. I'm a photographer from WV that traveled into town for a wedding in November, but I brought my husband with me as an extended weekend trip, so I was in town for both business and leisure. We had never been to Phoenix, so we didn't know what to expect when it came to the hotel's location. Surprisingly, it was close to so many great restaurants & things to do! Not only was the location great, but when we checked in we were given a list of great restaurants in the area, some recommendations and the choice of which floor/view from the hotel we wanted. I thought this was really cool since we hadn't been before, we got a great view of the mountains from our room. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were very clean. The rooftop bar/restaurant was great and service was wonderful. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return if we were ever going to be in the area again.
