The resort is really old considering the area. The hotel could definitely use a fun renovation and upgrade for the price they demand per night. The restaurant could be alot better. They promote all these different restaurants but only two of them are actually open. The ice cream
creamery doesn't exist anymore. In addition, I found a roach in our suite on the bathroom floor. Definitely not a 5-star resort. The location is definitely prime and the service was great but the rooms left a lot to be desired for such an upscale location.

This is our second time staying here, and we absolutely love it. Yes, the rooms are a bit outdated, but they are clean, spacious, and very reasonably priced.

The grounds are beautiful and kept up nicely, the restaurant is great, the employees have been helpful and accommodating, but the gem here is truly the water park. My kids have had a blast there. Warm water, long lazy river and fun water slide.

For the price, you cannot beat this place. I really don’t understand the negative reviews here. What more could you possibly want from a hotel?

This is our new favorite place to vacation, and we look forward to coming back again soon.

Every time we see or we hear *Hilton*
We know this name strives for excellence exceptional service
!over qualified personal friendly and courtesy!!you never had second thoughts when you stay at Hilton! in this particular time I would like to do a review not to complain! But to bring attention with this review will get to the higher-ups. It’s always a pleasure to stay at Hilton. I love the way they treat us the way they welcome us . It has always been. Everything went well from the moment we checked in ,till the moment We checked out! Everything was phenomenal! except one little detail , the heater was very loud we couldn’t sleep ! I showed the video to the gentleman who helped us for our checked out and he says what he can do is refund us the resort fee! It’s not about that refund. It’s about providing a place where we the guest can rest And be comfortable . overall I will come back to this place because I love the personal the atmosphere and environment of the place especially the location. Very close to Scottsdale to Phoenix downtown ,great restaurants and places to go around shopping-
once again. I wanted to thanks everyone who help us and make us feel like home.

Great location. Rooms were dated and dingy. The carpet was gross. Service was ok. There was quite a distance between the lobby and rooms. You are given a map and pointed in a direction. Not the Hilton experience I am used too and I am a Honors member.

Fantastic hotel and resort. Large beautiful villas and courtyards and they have a water park for the kids and a spa for the adults. Amazing views of the mountains with hiking trials and it is very quiet too. Can't wait to return.

I have so many greay memories of long days on the lazy river at the peak when I was a child. It's encouraging to see that this hotel is undergoing renovations to preserve that experience for the future. The staff significantly contributed to my stay; Greg at the front desk and Michelle at the Hole in the Wall were both personable and helpful. Their service made a positive impact on my visit.

I stayed this past weekend with my kids in an agave suite on the north side. This room was supposed to be an updated room, but still seemed a bit dated. It was fine for myself and kids, but I would want something more impressive for a couples or girls trip. The elevator was sketchy so we took the stairs.

The staff was all friendly and I liked that when ever I needed something I could send a text and almost immediately receive assistance.

The star of the show was the pool, I would go back solely for the pool. There was plenty of seating and lounge areas, and ample space to relax. My kids loved the slide and the lazy river. We stayed from 10am when the pool opened to 6pm when it closed and was never bored. There are eating and drinking options at the 2 restaurants by the pool which is convenient, and tasty. A bit pricey but the servings were big and shareable. Once they remodel the rooms I will make this a go to spot while in Phoenix.

this place is horrible. do not stay here. the staff here are terrible and stole my daughters favorite stuffed animal monkey that was very very special to her. they are not helpful and when we asked them to clean our room they never did, and then when they did they took her monkey. the room itself too is not good either. in the bathroom the lights are very dim and its hard to see while taking a shower. couch bed is horrible and very uncomfortable so is regular bed. the rooms are very cold and un-organized. you also have to walk super far to get to the pool which closes at 5!! would never stay here again.
