My husband and I went for my birthday weekend. We were so impressed with the resort... landscaping and architecture was beautiful. We felt like we were in old Spain. Food was delicious, especially Prado. The Crave Cafe had delicious coffee and pastries. Staff was very quick to answer questions, or bring something we needed to our room. The massage at the spa was one of the best I've ever had. Definitely a great getaway for a special occasion!

We spent a long weekend here for a quiet girls trip. The property itself was beautiful as were the rooms. There was a little hiccup in the beginning with an adjoining room situation but Tre at the front desk more than made up for it. He was kind and attentive and even left a thoughtful gift in our room. The property was quiet and spacious with beautiful landscaping. Our spa experience was wonderful as well with lots of amenities. The only negative was no one helped us get our bags to our room and the room service menu was lacking. All and all we enjoyed our trip and were thankful for the very kind staff at this hotel.

My experience at the Omni Montelucia was absolutely amazing. From the moment I arrived, I felt like I was in an oasis in the middle of the desert. The architecture and design of the hotel is stunning, with details reminiscent of Spanish architecture.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with a stunning view of Camelback Mountain. The customer service was exceptional, with friendly and attentive staff who made sure all my needs were met.

I enjoyed a delicious breakfast at the hotel's restaurant, and I also had the opportunity to relax by the pool and enjoy a massage at the spa.

In short, the Omni Montelucia is a luxury hotel that offers an unforgettable experience. If you are looking for a place to escape and relax, this hotel is a great choice.

For a 5-star hotel, the overall stay was very inconvenient. Our room building was all the way to the back of the resort. The parking garage is sketchy and has a bunch of pallets of junk & equipment on them(looks very janky). Our coffee shop experience was great every time and our rooms were very clean. For a 5-star resort, the beds are average in comfort, feels like they have springs in them or something. Almost everyday we have smelled marijuana walking back to our room. Usually don’t care, but when you have kids and are currently pregnant it sucks. I definitely would not stay here again. And $30 everyday for parking sucks when you are already paying so much. I do think the customer service has been good. Our fridge didn’t work and they sent someone in 5-10 minutes to address the issue. The a/c is also very inconsistent too. They might as well not even have thermostats.

Overall, our stay was outstanding. Great views of Camelback Mountain. Suite 1506. There were only a couple of things that we brought up when we checked out. We could not lock the deadbolt on the door without lifting it and manipulating it. pain in the @#$$. The deadbolt would not align. We dealt with it while in the room as the last thing I needed was a bunch of maintenance people trying to fix the door while we were there. Hopefully, it will be fixed before they rent the room again. I noticed that our suite was the only suite that did not have a chaise lounge chair. It would have been great to have one while relaxing and looking at the view of Camelback Mountain

Excellent resort. I love the Andalusian vibes. The room was great except for the shower. There was hardly any water pressure maybe the shower heads need replacing? The soap was kind of weird too. It seemed greasy. The hotel should invest in better soap and shampoo to make the “room and bathroom” experience better. The food is really great and the hotel overall has a very nice and relaxing atmosphere with the Andalusian style water fountains. I would definitely stay there again!

Great view and short walk out the back door of our room to the Kasbah family pool. A great summer getaway from the heat and well thought out meals at the restaurants on site too. The staff saw we had kids and even gave us some goody bags for them for the duration of the stay. It’s greatly appreciated that some of the pool servers walk around with fresh complimentary fruit to try out, thanks for a great stay and highly recommend!

What a beautiful place! The Montelucia was where we spent our last night in Scottsdale for our wedding anniversary, and the staff went above and beyond to make it so special! (Thank you, Gina and Jane!) Our gorgeous suite was so spacious and lovely with a very large balcony. The spa was gorgeous and the restaurant was fantastic. Highly recommend!
