Loved staying here! It's the perfect stop if you are climbing around Chatt. They have crash pads, guides and are more than happy to help with any recommendations. There were so many restaurants within walking distance. The rooms and hotel was spotless, well maintained and I felt right at home staying here. Guests were also really friendly. I highly recommend staying here and will stay here again on my next visit.

I had a great stay at The Crash Pad. Walking distance to lots of great restaurants and bars too, if that’s your thing. It’s a lively area on the weekends but The Crash Pad was very quiet and serene, it’s not a party hostel. I was alone but would have no problem staying with my kids next time. I stayed in a private room and slept great, I never heard anyone else. Room was very clean and simple, but exactly as described and had everything I needed. Bathrooms were also very clean, and they have a tankless water heater so I enjoyed a nice hot shower (read the instructions). Shared kitchen was well appointed and I enjoyed having coffee with some of the other guests. Also, great sustainability practices have been implemented.

My friend and I stayed here for a weekend trip to the city! The accommodations were fantastic, they had extra pillows and blankets which were great! It was clean, well kept, and felt very safe to leave our things while we explored the city. There was no sound from the outside at all, and they had the door electronically locked to get into the building, and into the sleeping area, which made us feel very secure especially with how busy the area seemed to get! The beds were comfy, obviously you aren’t paying for the fluffiest beds in the world, but for three nights it was just fine! We had one issue with the power in our bunks going out, but when we mentioned it to the guy at the front desk he immediately figured out the issue and fixed it for us! Overall, a wonderful stay and very nice accommodations, would definitely consider staying here again!

Absolutely spotless from top to bottom! Our room was comfortable and the restroom was nearby. The kitchen was well appointed and the common areas, both inside and out, were very comfortable and conducive to chatting with others at the hostel. The location was perfect within this very walkable city. We'd stay again and have already recommended it to others!

I really enjoyed my overnight stay here! I had never traveled alone before, but thought I'd give the Crash Pad a try. I felt safe the whole time - all the other guests were very friendly and mindful of others. Everything was super clean and the bed was very comfortable! I tried out one of the bunks, which is part of a shared space, but they do have private rooms available to reserve. I was able to leave my car and walk to all the different restaurants I wanted to try. Great location, great staff, definitely worth a try if you're in Chattanooga.

I was staying in Chattanooga for a week and had a ton of things planned so I just needed a cheap place to crash. The bunk I got was perfect for that and what I found was that the place is SUPER nice. You have everything you need. Every amenity you would have at home. Fridge, shower, washing machine, kitchenette.

Will and Anna were great and even looked through my plans, offering some advice on places to check out. Perfect experience.

I’ve stayed here twice and think it’s the perfect place to crash for a weekend in Chatt! Within walking distance from great restaurants/ bars and amazing coffee (velo), I can’t recommend this place enough. It feels incredibly clean and safe. Staff do an amazing job here and are super friendly/knowledgeable of the area. Can’t wait to come back!

What a cool place! We originally booked 4 bunks on the first floor, but the AC went out. So Elliot at the front desk was so sweet and gave us two rooms upstairs instead where the AC was working great (and they insisted on refunding us some money!). The beds are super comfy, the place is nice and clean, the parking is free, and the location couldn't be better! Highly recommend the Crash Pad for an affordable place to stay in Chattanooga that is within walking distance to so many great restaurants!
