My friend and I Stopped for lunch on the way home to Ga. She had a salad and I had a BBQ sandwich. The food was ?. The country ? music in the background fit the atmosphere of the establishment. Our waitress, Destiny S. was so nice. She recommended certain dishes. She asked where we were from and
talked to us like we were "old friends". Will stop in again the next time we are in the area. ? ?

We have been to Ron’s, probably about 6 times now. And it has just gotten worse EVERY single time. This time the onion rings were burnt and just ruined a great appetizer. Then our main meal came out. The Buffalo sauce on the chicken tenders tasted fermented and just wasn’t good. We also ordered Mac and cheese and it tasted like white gravy and macaroni no cheese whatsoever. The brisket sandwich was dry and more like a processed meat Patty not a brisket sandwich.

Unfortunately, we will not be back. I had high hopes because I have had their food before and it was wonderful. We went during the Sunday lunch crowd so I expected to have a little wait, but it took an hour to get fried pickles.. We got our food (chicken fingers and BBQ sandwich) in about 40-45 minutes which tasted pretty good. Waitress was nice ,but she also forgot my salad and never even apologized. She did apologize about the pickles not being ready and asked if we’d like them to go that they had 3 minutes left to cook. Which consisted of us waiting at least another 15 minutes. It was definitely frustrating.

Awesome Blossom Possum! The food is worthy of a fine dining experience but served in a cozy, family friendly environment. The staff is awesome. My fresh tasty sweet tea never went down. Constantly refilling with smiles. Ron’s never fails with quality but it’s the hard working staff makes this diner AWESOME!

Their breakfast is AMAZING. No one comes close to their hospitality and food. The staff are always smiling and friendly. Everytime we order their food its been great. Not taking away from the wonderful BBQ but, you will not find a better breakfast anywhere around. We try to get at least their breakfast every weekend. Keep on doing what you all are doing because it's the best.

Their ribs are always on point. They have these little cheese things for an appetizer that everyone at my table fought over. The people are nice, and always have great service. Love their art in there as well - only thing I have had that I didn't like was their "baked beans" taste like pork n beans to me. Maybe they will change that recipe.

Best ribs around and biggest onion rings I ever seen in my life. Even sweet tea was perfect. A+ in my book. Best restaurant in Calhoun County hands down.
