A little tricky to figure out how the camping works here and the layout for dry camping - but once you do it’s a good spot for an overnighter and we’d likely come back too to stay long term. Nearby to Dollar General and Family Dollar, local market, drinking jug water fill station & propane in town. Restrooms were spotless! No showers. Great option! Beautiful desert views! Golfing also if that’s your thing.

Love to camp at Centennial campground, a group of us use to go 3, 4 times for a week at a time in the winter.
But they took the 14-day limit to stay off,
Now they have snowbirds there all winter and no one else gets to stay with hook up.
Be nice if it went back to a county park everyone could use. It was always full then also.

Camped here for a week in our toyhauler. No water right now, so load up with it before coming in. The ranger normally comes by with the water truck on Thursday if you need a refill. Super nice hosts and ranger. Sites are level, gravel and desert with electric. Some sites are more private than others. 10, 11, and 13 are the best. 3 and 4 are handicapped with concrete pad. There is golfing here, a small playground, and room to walk your dogs. Lots of trails for atv riding. We would definitely come back again. Salome, which is about 3 miles away, has a small grocery store, Dollar General, Family Dollar and a medical clinic.

A 9 hole golf course in the middle of the arizona desert. Campground, baseball field (dirt), and playground. Convenient place for us to stop on our way through, clean restroom and a place to picnic. Read the warning signs about the water though. Only filtered water is safe to drink.

There is a 9 hole golf course, a campground and a community center. We've never camped there but do enjoy playing the desert golf course. We also enjoy going to the community center for a reasonably priced lunch once a week. There is also a library inside the community center.

Go for the annual chili cookoff. It's a nice day event. Everyone is friendly. For how small it is, there's lots to see. Do a google search for more information. There was a car show, dancers, crafts and food and beer booths. They didn't have a Mexican food booth this year. Polish sausage and hot dogs. A 50/50 raffle. People's choice and judges choice for salsa and chili. That was more fun than I thought it would be. The folks that cooked were really nice and happy to explain how it works and where to get tickets so we could vote. There were 4 contestants this year. I'd recommend this to friends and family even though there were signs saying no dogs allowed. That was disappointing but understandable. It's a small area and we walked ours outside the event and the weather was ok to keep them in the RV. We stayed at the RV park once but there were signs don't drink the water last time so we prefer staying elsewhere. The ground is rocky and not a great place for dogs. Going to the event I'd give 5 stars. Camping because of our dogs and the water would get 1 star.
