We stopped by BabyStacks! We were greeted by a friendly staff member, seated right away, and were off to the huge menu. They had all the basics covered with some specialties. The food came out fast and was exactly as advertised. Our server, Jarrod (forgive us if the spelling of your name isn't correct) was prompt and friendly. The food overall is worth the money when it comes to taste versus value. We were pleasantly surprised with this little place. An easy 10 out of 10, although not.a.fan of the frozen hashbrowns, when everything else seemed to be cooked from fresh. Highly recommended.

This is our second visit! On our first visit, my husband and I had the Ube pancakes short stack combo and the Honey Toast French Toast. This time, we got the Banana Foster French toast combo and Rocky Road short stack. If you want anything along with the main dish, make it a combo. The eggs and bacon or sausage will be added when you request it that way. For a drink, we had orange juice, which had some pulp. Delicious food, fast service (for sit-down dining), and helpful staff.

This place is AMAZING. I absolutely loved everything about this meal. The service was quick and the food was MEMORABLE. I had the Loco Moco with hashbrowns and the hashbrowns weren’t worth writing home to, but the Loco Moco was DIVINE - the brown gravy was perfection. I also had a hot chocolate which tasted gourmet and not that Swiss Miss crap. My partner had the country fried steak and a stack of buttermilk pancakes which were, quite honestly, the BEST pancakes I’ve ever had anywhere ever. Please check them out and leave with the biggest smile on your face.

BabyStacks Cafe Blue Diamond - Delicious Food and Friendly Service

During our first breakfast in Las Vegas, we stopped by BabyStacks Cafe Blue Diamond, and it was a great choice. The food was fantastic! We ordered the sausage omelette and the fried rice omelette—both were flavorful and extremely filling. The portions were large, so come hungry!

The atmosphere was relaxed, and the service was incredibly friendly, making us feel right at home. It was a perfect start to the day. If you’re in the area looking for a satisfying breakfast with warm, welcoming service, BabyStacks Cafe is a must-visit.

It was my first time visiting, and I went 2 times on the weekend. I had the Ube, banana foster, and strawberry pancakes. The Ube and banana were my favorites. I love the fact that they make their own syrups, and it's not the traditional kind. Would try again next time I visit Vegas☺️

The pancakes were really tasty. I think the banana foster pancakes are delicious and a must-try if you attend. Since the French toast was just ordinary, I take away some points for our server Soni's deceptive advertising that it would taste great. Nothing really appealing. The meal in the picture, particularly the island omelet, was delicious, in my opinion. P.S Mark was outstanding. Man was really on his game. He was really direct and attentive to all of his visitors; he even noticed when I needed something. Service like this is only available at Baby Stacks Cafe with Mark.

Can't believe I've never reviewed this place, as it has been a staple of my breakfast stable for years now. There's a few of them around the Valley, but I've only ever been to this one because it's close to home.

I'm not gonna lie, despite eating here dozens of times, I literally only ever get some variation off meat and eggs.. or French Toast, or both. The Piglet (meat omelette) is great.. French Toast Combo is sublime. One time my girl got Ube Pancakes and those were awesome too.

I don't think you can go wrong with anything here, and the service has always been so nice and pleasant. It's a great start to your morning or afternoon.
