I went in for breakfast and was very disappointed with the quality of the food and the coffee.

The service was good, the young lady that served me was friendly and answered y questions about the menu, offering her preferences. I ordered a large coffee, a sausage breakfast sandwich and the breakfast tacos. I received the food first as the coffee had run out and received the coffee about 5 minutes later.

The food was very disappointing, it looked like it had been reheated on some sort of press as the sandwich was squashed and the croissant was stuck to the paper wrapping. The tacos were scarcely filled and the bacon had a nasty artificial taste to it. The sandwich tasted better, but because it was stuck to the paper wrapping that made it difficult to unwrap and eat. The coffee tasted watery and the beans tasted burned. Overall, while the service was good and the interior os clean and modern, this was a very disappointing experience and I would not go here again. They seem to be in the same corner of the market as Dunkin’ Donuts, whose product is far better, and a step or two below Starbucks and certainly below Einstein Bagels.

The first time I tried a coffee drink here it was very good, I knew I would be back to try other drinks. 2nd time around I tried an iced green tea matcha. It was very disappointing, had tea bags and milk. Looked nothing like advertised online. I knew it was probably going to be bad when it was handed to me but I don't like to make problems. I believe your supposed to use green tea matcha powder. I thought I would find my new coffee spot but definitely not going back because I don't like wasting my money and yes, I finished the drink because I didn't want to waste it.

Our first and last time going here. My wife and I were going to a car meetup they have every Sunday in the adjacent parking lot when we decided to get something to drink while we were there. We drove into the drive-thru and there were two cars ahead of us. We placed our order...nothing complicated. One black coffee and one iced Mocha. We pulled forward and we waited and waited and waited and waited.... 18 minutes and not one car moved. WTF? I'm sure some car ahead of us probably ordered 37 cups of something but JEEZ GUYS...IT'S COFFEE FOR CRYING OUT LOUD! They should have parked that car, and one person handle their order (there were only two employees working) while another get the rest of the drive through moving! No joke, if there wasn't a curb in the drive-through that we couldn't drive over we would have left after being stuck there for the first five minutes.

In fact, the two cars behind us actually backed out and left. I was already looking at my options when the line FINALLY started moving and another few minutes later we were at the window. The employees here move slower than a dead snail. We get up to the window and are again, waiting and waiting. I looked at my wife and I asked, "You want to just leave at this point? This is insane!" and FINALLY someone greeted us. I could see they were just starting to make our two simple drinks and we told them to not bother. Either the employees are poorly trained here, they don't have a clue what they are doing, or both. In the amount of time we were there we could have LITERALLY driven to a nearby Starbucks, gotten two coffees, and returned with time to spare.

Small stores like this need to learn that if they are going to compete they have to do better. My bet is in six months this place will be a taco stand or ice cream place like the Dairy Queen that was there before.

I decided to give this place a try. As I have passed by it many times. First thing I noticed was that there was no wait time in the drive thru. Second was the price. I got a medium sized, regular coffee and a vanilla Frappuccino the price was under $10. The coffees were good and fresh. I will definitely be back.

Just tried this new place that JUST opened up on Saturday.

This is their first Nevada location but they have a larger presence in Utah.

I got the iced mocha and a cold brew with hazelnut cold foam.

The mocha isn’t too sweet. I prefer that, so it’s good for me. But not the best mocha I’ve had.

The cold brew is surprisingly solid. The flavor isn’t overpowering but it’s a nice flavor.

I got both in their medium size and it’s a good size. I give them props for that. If I got both these drinks in their large size, it would probably be alot.

All-in-all, solid place. They have a lot of flavor combinations you can experiment with, so I’ll be back.

I usually have good experiences here but today I was upset. I ordered food and drinks for my family and I, and ordered a potato egg burrito for myself. When I got home, the burrito had bacon in it, which I don’t eat meat at all. I drove back and they fixed their mistake and gave me the one I originally asked for. What upset me is that after the hassle, the girl at the window asked me if she can have the other one back so she can throw it away. I had already bit it and shown it to her. I think it’s a bit rude to ask for the food back that they messed up on. At the end of the day, the trash can can’t say “Thank You” but maybe another person who eats meat could have taken mine. It seems like she was skeptical of me thinking I might be trying to get free food. I returned her the burrito, but she won’t be able to return my time or gasoline. She didn’t offer anything for their mistake. Poor customer service. She was an Asian girl, I didn’t get her name.

A fantastic coffee shop from Utah is now in Vegas! The atmosphere is enjoyable and relaxed with plenty of seating. Prices are great and kick the tail of other more well-known coffee shops. The food selections and flavor far exceed any competitors. Most important of all....the coffee....so good! Make sure you download the app to earn points towards free drinks. We're making it a point to go here for our on the way to work coffee!

Just checked this place out and my first time here with my brother! I'd say the place is kinda hidden. I'm a coffee lover of all coffee related things and decided to check it out. Walked in and right off the bat I saw it was a pretty cool spot. Didn't order any food, but I did order the FROZEN CARAMEL CIELO. That's what stood out for me when looking over the menu. Glad I did as it was much needed on this hot day. It was delicious too!! My brother got the CougarsBlood. When we got our orders we chatted with the associate who helped us. He was very personable and resourceful with great customer service!! Definitely coming back!
