We had a great stay at this resort. All in all, a great value. The rooms are nice, the grounds are well kept and very clean. The location is great. My wife and I were there for 4 nights and never had a car. The complimentary shuttle service was super nice and our driver was super nice. ALL the staff were very pleasant. The bar tenders at the complimentary happy hour were great, nice people. Breakfast was amazing. The ONLY bummer was during a big chunk of our stay some boys youth international soccer team was staying here. They must not have won many games because they camped out at the east end pool/jacuzzi area for 3 days. They weren’t bad kids but 20 12 year boys sitting in a jacuzzi for 6 hours was a bit much. Maybe ask before you book if anything like that is happening before you book?

I recently stayed at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Phoenix Scottsdale and was thoroughly impressed with the experience. The hotel’s location is ideal, offering easy access to both Phoenix and Scottsdale attractions. The spacious suites were clean and comfortable, providing a relaxing retreat after a day of exploration. The complimentary breakfast was a highlight, featuring a variety of options to suit all tastes. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met promptly. The pool area was well-maintained and provided a perfect spot to unwind. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and look forward to returning on my next trip.

Overall great experience! Our room was clean and well maintained. Beds were comfy, just small (which we knew they were doubles when we booked). The pull out couch, should NOT count as sleeping 2, it was all springs and no mattress. We had just 1 sleep on the couch as is, and not pull it out. That being said, the couch itself was nice. Breakfast was really good, although I didn’t love the guy at the door who wasn’t super friendly 🫤 Breakfast had a lot of options, sometimes it was hard to find a seat because it was too chilly in the morning to eat outside.

Staff was responsive overall, a few better than others, but that’s usually how it is.

Location was close to Downtown Scottsdale which was great. We were here for soccer, and fields were about 30 minutes away (Arizona Athletic Grounds). We enjoyed the pool, my husband said the fitness facility was really nice for a hotel, and grounds were well kept.

Overall nice hotel. Not sure I’d want to stay here for a week, we did 4 nights and we were ready to go. As a family of 5, the rooms just weren’t big enough for sleeping comfortably.

A shoutout to the breakfast staff who made sure the food was always fresh and full, they worked hard and were so kind!

It's an ok stay for a relatively quiet room and the price is fair, but the building and rooms are not well maintained or even particularly clean.

Service is poor; our heat did not work and they couldn't fix it or be bothered to offer an alternative.

Custom omelets for breakfast is a lovely idea, but I don't enjoy mine so overcooked it is practically burnt (almost every day, and there were three of us).

The reception in the evening is fine but the drinks are really bottom shelf quality, good for a buzz not not for flavor or enjoyment.

It's not the worst place I've stayed, but it isn't Hilton quality at all and I wouldn't choose it again.

I had an absolutely horrifying experience at Embassy Suites by Hilton Scottsdale Resort. While I was alone in my room falling asleep at midnight, a group of strangers suddenly opened my door and entered. I was in bed, barely clothed, and completely caught off guard and feeling deeply violated and unsafe. I have to yell at them and let them leave my room.

What made this experience even more unacceptable was the complete lack of urgency, accountability, or genuine concern from the hotel staff. I contacted the front desk and they only issued me a new key. I tried twice to speak with a manager, yet no one ever followed up. The front desk showed no active effort in finding someone who could address the situation, nor did they express any genuine empathy for what had happened. They simply said the manager is not on site for a few days.

This was a serious breach of privacy and security, and Hilton’s failure to properly handle the situation only made it worse. I will never stay at this location again, and I strongly caution others about their lack of professionalism and care for guest safety.

The hotel was well located very closed by the Scottsdale Fashion Center. The check in was fast and easy, the room was clean and bed was comfortable. the only bad condition was the AC unit was very noisey, it affected our sleep, it needed to be improved. The room and shower were datedthat needed renovation. it was nice to has the evening reception, morning was offered buffet breakfast, we liked the cook to order omelet.

Our stay at the Embassy Suites Resort in Scottsdale was okay overall, with a few highlights and some areas for improvement. The room was relatively quiet, and the price seemed fair for the area. However, the building and rooms could use better maintenance and a thorough cleaning to meet expectations of a Hilton property.

The heating/cooling was not working properly, thankfully the room had windows that could be opened above the door and in the bedroom during the day to eliminate the stuffiness.

On a positive note, breakfast was excellent. The custom omelets were perfectly cooked, and the overall breakfast offerings were delicious and a definite highlight of our stay. We did not have time to check out the evening reception so I do not have any comments on that part of the stay.

While there were some positives, the experience didn’t fully meet Hilton standards, and we’re unlikely to return. There are better options in Scottsdale.

We enjoyed the fresh breakfast, evening reception, location, spacious clean rooms, and pool/hot tub. There was plenty of parking. The hotel was convenient to shopping. We wished the tiki bar by the pool had snacks and drinks. The only complaint we had was that room towels were not cleaned and replaced when needed for after swims.
