Beautiful Hotel. Heated pool and hot tub. Electric fire-pit and seating on patio. Rooms are clean and view is nice.
The older fellow at the front desk was really pleasant when I returned a wallet I found near the pool. Very nice place.

Excellent location, right off 17 and loads of shopping, restaurants in walking distance.

Positive: It was clean and the rooms were very spacious. The pool was sparking clean and all in all a wonderful stay! Negative: Only thing I would change is the ability to open the window especially on the 1st floor. And the amount of time it takes to get back the ?incidental? fee they charge. It?s typically about 14-16 days!

The only thing going on for this hotel is that it does seem new so it’s still clean with no apparent damages. Now, the room I was in didn’t have a refrigerator with a freezer and the front desk refused to keep anything in theirs, per policy. I never had a hotel refuse to even put water in the freezer. Secondly, the breakfast wasn’t worth it at all. Might as well eat breakfast across the street! It was either too salty or bland. For $200 a night during the time I was there, I was expecting a lot more.

Great hotel. We always stay here when in Phx. Great staff and great rooms. We used the pool, very nice. | The rooms are clean, beds very comfortable. The breakfast area is clean and the food has been good. We will come back to this hotel when we come back to Phx.

As you may have seen, I’m a diamond level with BW, so I’m very familiar with other operators, and this being an Executive Residency Hotel, I expected better; your hotel is subpar. Your beds are not top of the line, (what is it 8 or 10 inches thick? Hardly top of the line)or at least the one in my room wasn’t . I woke up with a sore back and couldn’t get comfortable because the mattress is junk, and I could feel the springs. The toilet paper is one ply and didn’t tear off properly. The toilet paper in the public bathroom was even worse, it wasn’t even perforated.( nothing I hate more than dingleberries) The towels in the room were cheap as well. There were no tissues in the room as well. So this is what I mean by cheaped out. Also, I didn’t post this in my original review, but the person who checked me in was a mumbler, wouldn’t look at me, and talked so low, I had to ask him to repeat himself 4 x. Not a person who should be greeting guests. So no, I won’t be returning. I stand by my view that your breakfast was bland. Eggs were not seasoned very well and rubbery(stick to scrambled). Instead of country potatoes like most BW’s, your hotel cheaped out and decided on tater tots, which also weren’t seasoned. And you cheaped out on the sausage, instead of real sausage with the casing, you opted for the processed sausage links. Most ER BW’s I’ve been to, have the real sausage with casing. You should probably also update your tv’s most ER BW’s have smart TV’s where you can watch streaming services.

I just want to say if you are looking for a great place to stay this is the place. The service is excellent. Everyone at the front desk is very friendly and knowledgeable, the gentleman who cleaned our room “Brian” was very polite and very friendly. I will definitely be back and will choose to stay here again. Thank you
