Alexis and staff were excellent. Our site was also perfect. Beautiful sunsets and morning shade. Amenities were many and conducive to younger families. Indoor and outdoor pools, volleyball, horseshoes, fishing and boating to name just a few. Some rules need changing though... Dog fencing can be no larger than 6'x6'. That barely gets the picnic table in, and definitely no room for a couple of chairs or the dogs. Also no fire pits unless you bring your own. Beautiful lake Guntersville is a plus for sure as is 24hr security with an automatic entrance gate. Membership has its perks but not for us at this point..

Nice staff for sure. But the property needs a lot of updating. Workout room had a lot of broken and dangerous equipment. Bathrooms were very outdated and smelled. Showers reminded me of a public shower at the beach, old outdated and smelly. Club house was nice but lost WiFi signal for 2 days and when it was working it was not very strong. Picnic tables need to be replaced. No fire rings Trash area needed to be cleaned up. Again nice staff but the facilities really are outdated.

Beautiful spot on the lake with excellent fishing opportunities. RV spots are right next to each other so not much privacy but lots of community activities and amenities such as an indoor and an outdoor pool, playground, clubhouse, tennis (soon to be pickleball) courts, and more. Thanks to Alexis for the tour and Rick for helpfully escorting me in. All very friendly and helpful staff.

Outstanding location on Lake Guntersville al. Rv lots are very small and need work. Very busy Labor Day weekend. This is a private resort. We were invited to tour the property, and although the sales presentation was above my expectations, it just was not right for me. The need to make sure members are enforcing the rules set in place.
