Hotel staff was very pleasant, great customer service. Given the low price it was a high quality for the cost. The room was nice, the bed was comfortable, and the location was spot on. Great surprise to have a microwave and mini fridge in the room, such a nice accommodation. This is not the ritz but for the price it is near perfect, would definitely stay again.

Staff was excellent. Greeted me by name from my reservation at the door, and even called me in my room to make sure I was all set and that the room was good for me. Place is older but looking good. Price was excellent too. 5 stars because of the staff 4 stars for cleanness of the room. Overall, I would stay here again next time I'm in town.

If it weren't for the gem show and booking.com throwing me into this hidden gem I would never have stayed here. Its not chain affiliated. It has owners that ACTUALLY CARE. It has been completely remodeled. NO noise issues. No "less than" desirable people hanging around. All new bedding. NO damages of any type in the rooms or on property. Property is clean. Manager Patrick goes way beyond others in hospitality. He has raised the bar to a height other managers will not even attempt to reach. He escorted me to my room. Folks I am a commercial driver of 20+ years and currently drive charter bus. I have to spend at least 1 night a weekend in Tucson. This is my go to home away from home. Am looking forward to next week. This is a true and no bs review.

Don't get scared off by some of the reviews! I am not sure why people have written some of those things but we had a great experience! We were greeted by the very friendly staff, they made us feel very welcomed. The room was clean, smelled better than all budget motels I've been to which is a biggie for me. Make sure to bring your own shampoo since they don't provide it but hey for the price no one is complaining. There is a nice steak house across the parking lot so if you get hungry and don't want to drive anywhere it's a big plus. Will definitely come back next year.

This place is quiet, comfortable and the staff are more than accommodating. I stayed a year ago and the new ownership/ management is a remarkable! It has been renovated, and seems in a remodeling stage still. Upgraded everything, clean as a whistle, and at the price point you cannot do better in the area. Thank you Patrick for the stay!

My husband has been visiting my son (who’s in the Air Force) so we’re trying to do it on a budget. This hotel is nothing fancy, but it is very clean and the staff have been wonderful. When my husband arrived, Patrick met him at the door and greeted him. He offered to help him with his luggage and was very accommodating. Overall, if you’re looking for a place to stay on a budget that is close to base and the airport, we recommend this place. We also want to thank Patrick for going above and beyond. I’m sure we will stay here again next time we visit Tucson.

Clean and accessible rooms. A/C, microwave, mini fridge. Quiet rooms. Staff is super friendly and very accommodating. Stayed here twice and both times had excellent Customer service and quality of rooms. Great staff. Rates are definitely affordable too. Shares a parking lot with a steak house which is also nice. Would recommend. Thanks

Patrick was amazing. The room was clean, and Patrick went above and beyond to help us with our father's stay. The level of customer service, the ease of reaching the front desk, and the prompt responses from the hotel for any inquiries we had were greatly appreciated.
