Owner was completely rude. Area of motel is in such a sketch part of town. Would not be surprised if you got jumped walking to your car. Property not taken care of. Trash everywhere with pot holes. Do not recommend.

They offer very competitive rates for the area & are obviously very adept at maintaining a hotel in a highly responsible manner while all the while exercising superior hospitality skills. I'm rating it a full "Five Stars" here in spite of the fact that the room that I stayed in, #169, had an inoperable heater/air conditioning unit upon check-in yesterday & also as of check-out time earlier today.

Yes, it gets EXTREMELY COLD by Tucson standards in the midst of January, so why am I still rating them five stars, you might ask?

Because of the superlative levels of skill & grace with which their multiple management members solved the problem by providing me with a more than adequate 1,500 watt space heater to eliminate the need to swap out rooms. My two queen bed room came with both a refrigerator & a microwave, which the Motel 6 did not have just next door for the same price even AFTER they applied my "T-Mobile Tuesdays" discount. The room also had a light over the bath room sink unlike Motel 6, which although having a nicely refurbished room, still WAS in the midst of that redecorating operation.

Very nice staff here! Pleasant & highly hospitable!

This place charged me $90 a night with a $50deposit couldn't believe the price and the room in this condition. Not to mention the ice machine was broken, no vending machine, no coffee or breakfast muffins or cookies. I stopped because the sign said $47.99 but I was told thats only if you stay a week or longer. After driving 9hrs my kids and I were too exhausted to keep looking around for a better room. The tub water took a long time to drain and we all took showers. The towels were old and stained. They wouldn't give me a refund because it has to be within 15min from check in However I had paid and gone to get food by that time it was too late. Honestly the room wasn't worth staying. My kids and I were woken up by loud screaming and yelling from a couple upstairs. I need a full refund!!

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!! This place started out being ok $72. No deposit. But was told I couldn't pay for two days at check in. I would have to pay at check out. Was told would be the same price. At 9 this morning I went to pay. The price had gone up to 90$ and the man at desk asked to check my room. I hadn't smoked in the room and it was clean. He saw an empty beer can In the trash and stated there was no drinking in the room. I stated I would not drink and then he began yelling at me that I owe 30$ deposit and must check out now. I said "no one said I could not drink a beer. He said the guy last night was new and didn't know. Didn't know what? Didn't know that you don't have that rule and just didn't want me there for some reason. I am the perfect guest. Pay rent and smoke outside. These people refused to show me where their rules state no drinking. And when I asked for a receipt he said you have to ask permission to drink beer. Come on for real. Wish there was a no star option

We did not stay here...when we asked if the rooms were clean. The front desk clerk replied "ehhh, there ok" with a blank stare. My Dad asked if we could see the room and he lazily got the card. We left and went to the motel 6 next door. As soon as we made it there, the clerk was already standing outside smoking ad messing on his phone. This employee is not showing the company well, no wonder this hotel only has 2 stars.

My boyfriend and I stayed a night this past weekend 4/2/2022. As we were waking up my boyfriend noticed he had bites all over his arms, legs, and hands. He lifted up the pillow to check the bed and a BED BUG was crawling around !!! We then got our belongings went to the front desk ( I took the BED BUG down with us in a napkin!). We told her we wanted a refund ; she then told us she needed to contact her boss! She then told us her boss said no to the refund because they don't know where the bed bug came from and that they just had an exterminator. I told her I will be reporting them to the health department, the lady then said she could only give us $20 back !!! DO NOT RECOMMEND 100% FILLED WITH BED BUGS !!!! Phone didn't work, tv either

Terrible. Old, run down. Only 1 towel for 2 people, phone in room was disconnected, bedspread was probably 30 years old, cigarette burns on furniture, ice machine broken. OMG the smoke alarm was missing, the 2 lamps were broken. What a dump! Personnel was nice though. There was a gem convention in town and no where else to stay and we were tired from driving so we stayed, but just terrible!!! I wish I had a photo to post because it is NOT WHAT IS POSTED at all.!!

Our key card never worked the whole time lol. Even got a second one. We came home late and had to stand outside the door and knock, then bang, on it for what seemed forever until the staff member on hand (who was obviously sleeping) finally heard. We were going to get another night there but the staff (or maybe owners?) By morning checkout time were ALSO rude! Come here to expect housing, but don't expect any hospitality.
