Decent stay for the price. I stayed for a few nights and had a generally pleasant experience. The location is great, close to shopping and dining options, which was very convenient. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making check-in a breeze.

The room was clean and spacious, with a small kitchenette that’s perfect for extended stays. However, some of the furnishings felt a bit dated, the shampoo went empty, and the air conditioning was a little noisy at night. Breakfast was included, which was nice, though the options were fairly basic.

The pool area was small but clean, and the fitness center was great for a quick workout but didn't have enough equipment and was also missing many of the weights.

Overall, it’s a good choice if you’re looking for a budget-friendly extended stay option in Tucson, but there’s definitely room for improvement in some areas.

We stayed at this hotel for one night and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. While the lobby area was clean, we did not find the same level of cleanliness in our room's toilet. As a Lifetime Elite member, I received complimentary high-speed internet and breakfast (though with limited options), but several issues marred our stay.
The surrounding area is decent and appears safe. However, I encountered a significant issue with the receptionist's attitude. As a top-tier Elite member, I usually receive room upgrades, even when booking with reward points. When I inquired about an upgrade, I was rudely informed that although rooms were available, an upgrade could not be provided.
Additionally, we discovered that the toilet in our room was dirty and had not been cleaned properly. My child noticed this and brought it to our attention, which was quite unpleasant. Due to our exhaustion after an 8+ hour drive and having all our luggage unpacked, we did not have the energy to request a room change at 9:30 PM. We cleaned the toilet ourselves and informed the hotel upon our departure. In response, we were given a courtesy 2000 points, which felt like a joke.
Despite these issues, I would still recommend this hotel to other travelers passing through the area, as the overall facilities and location are satisfactory.

While the rooms are amazing and the concierge was fantastic, their General Manager shows no manners or respect. I felt like I was treated as if I was a joke. While the housekeeping did an amazing job and the original woman who checked me in was phenomenal, I wish my whole experience there was better. The General Manager should not be working with the public.

My husband and I just moved to Tucson from 1,800 miles away. It took the moving company about 16 days to get all our stuff to us, and we needed somewhere to stay in between. If we had to be in a hotel for two weeks, this was the place to be. The rooms were very clean, and everything we needed to store and prepare food was there. My only complaint about the room is that the bed is decidedly uncomfortable, which isn't fun, but I don't think I've ever stayed in any hotel that has a comfortable bed, so I don't hold that against this place. We also availed ourselves of the pool many times, which is also kept clean. The stand out for this place though, is the staff. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. I'd highly recommend this place to anyone needing an extended stay hotel!

A fantastic night's rest, and to have coffee in the morning ready by 4am was a fantastic piece for me. ( I am addicted to coffee)
Everyone was nice and helpful and the room was very nice and clean. And I was quite happy with the gym and pool being available though unused by myself this trip, I will certainly be pushing time on the gym next go-round.

I was placed in a ADA room. It was late when I checked in and didn’t want to move my room in the middle of the night. I was there 3 nights but for work so just needed a place to sleep.

The bathroom was not up to par and being Platinum Elite member, I was disappointed by this locations standards.

I chose this TownePlace location because the website said it was newly renovated. It doesn't appear to be true. I asked the front desk, and the only renovation they were aware of was the pool renovation that was nearly completed.

Based on the condition of the lobby and our room, I'd say it's been a few years since the renovation.

Besides the issues mentioned in the room section below, the ice maker in our room didn't work. The hotel only has one other ice maker located on the 1st floor, and it was not working.

This location lacked some of the nice touches that other TownePlace locations offered. Specifically, they didn't have a fresh drinking water canister in the lobby. The coffee and tea bar was cleared after breakfast instead of being available all day. Some of the other locations even put out fresh baked cookies or other snacks in the late afternoon.

My favorite feature of this location was the inclusion of a spin bike (Peleton) in the exercise room.

I made these reservations a month in advance.. was so excited to spend the day at the pool with my boyfriend. Check in and pool is closed due to renovations and ice machine down as well. All we got was an I am sorry. Would have been nice to have had some kind of contact to know it was going to be closed and it isn't even said on the web site. The rooms were ok we got 2 suites and the floor to the bathroom was broken in 2 different spots and the shower curtain was to short for the tub so water was all over the floor by the time a shower was done. Probably won't be back. The girl doing breakfast looked mighty stressed with lack of no help either this morning 9/22
