The last time I was at Residence Inn was just to drop of Dry Cleaning for a Guest, The Front Desk associate was Very Friendly and Professional! My Mom ( my Mom's Spoiled little Chihuahua), Husband and I stayed at Residence Inn in 2016 for a week or two when our Family house burnt down! I can tell Everyone that this establishment is Absolutely Beautiful, we had a 2 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, a Full Kitchen with a 4 seated Table and the Living room with a Beautiful Fireplace! Each Bedroom had a Desk in case you needed to do work while you were there! Both Bedrooms and Living Room had a T.V.! We would have stayed longer while our house was being rebuilt but Tucson was having a Big Conference in town and all of the rooms were already Booked! Everyone Working there was always Friendly and Professional, They do have Washers and Dryers if you want to wash your own clothes or you can have them sent out to the Dry Cleaners that does regular laundry as well as Dry Cleaning! They also offer some great Amenities as well!! So if you Visit Tucson, Arizona the Residence Inn is a Awesome place to stay, it's also centrally Located so you're close to 2 Shopping Malls, alot of other wonderful Stores and restaurants!! They only let your rating go up to 5 Otherwise I would have given them 💯!!

I travel to this hotel regularly when visiting family nearby. The staff are awesome Marilyn, Ed, Yas, Mica and everyone at the front desk are terrific. They are very accommodating. Their professionalism, demeanor, and kindness are why we chose to keep staying at this hotel, time and time again. The location is convenient and the rooms are clean. We always feel safe and have only had good experiences.

We were in town for a week, and the residence inn was a great choice. The room was spacious with a kitchenette upon entry. We stayed in room 106, which is on the west side, with parking conveniently located close to our room. It's a smokeless hotel, which was very nice since we aren't smokers.

The bar top with bar stools was great when having in room meals. Whether we had the complimentary breakfast we brought back or take out.

The room offers a big couch that holds a full-size bed, has a spacious bathroom with a shower, and a toilet with door privacy. Plus, a full-size closet with mirrored doors and a small coat closet as you walk in next to the fridge. Great for your jackets and sweaters, plus luggage and any other items you want to stow away.

We didn't have time to enjoy many of the amenities, but we did use the laundry machines on the 2nd floor.

The hotel itself is tucked away hidden from the main street, making it very peaceful and quiet. At the same time, there are lots of places to dine and shop in walking distance or short drive.

In all, we enjoyed our stay at the hotel, and if we ever visit again, we will definitely stay here again.

Friendly staff. That’s the only positive. Whoever manages this hotel is being extremely cheap. Your gym sucks. Weights are missing for over a year and you haven’t replaced. Treadmills need to be services. You need to add a peloton and cable machine. The WiFi is absolutely horrible. Rooms are decent but I can tell when built hotel they didn’t level the floor. You added safes in our rooms but you can’t even fit a laptop in them they are so small. Stop being cheap! If you are planning on staying long term in Tucson I wouldn’t stay here.

Standard Marriott/Residence Inn property. Roomy room with kitchen, fridge, microwave dishes silverware etc.. Bed excellent. Bathroom clean. Medium sized flat screen tv with full cable. Free breakfast for young and old alike.|Location at the edge of Sedona but easy trip to downtown and the red rocks, tours and hiking trails. No services within walking distance. Also this hotel is a perfect gateway to the Verde valley, Cottonwood and Jerome.|Very pricey during season. $25 parking fee (plenty of spaces).|One recurring disappointment with newer Marriott products: the sound proofing is not acceptable. You can hear very step/movement in the room above.|Front desk very accommodating. Reservations strongly recommended.

After we checked in and got into our room we went to bed at some 1030pm, who ever was above us was walking and running from one end of their room to the other. After listening to this until 1230am I called the front desk and the clerk said she would send security.. it stopped at about 1245 am, and then started right back up again at 1am and was louder and more frequent, this went on until 3 am. As we got up at 6am to get ready to leave we were going to take a shower and found hair in the bathtubs (not ours) we decided to check put and I informed the front desk manager whom checked us out and I was given the responce, im sorry there is nothing I cam do... ok consumer beware!!!! I will never go back

If this review had a subject line it would read: "Marilyn at the front desk deserves a raise."
I travel a lot and have stayed in more hotels than I can count and she was by far the most accommodating, tolerant, and kind representative I've yet to experience.
She supplied my daughter with bandaids, brought out towels to the pool twice, adjusted our room when we had a last minute addition to our group, and helped me with my late night snack desire with the hotels concessions. She did this all with love and warmth. Not only will I go to this hotel anytime in Tucson, but it's inspired me to seek out residence by Marriott in every city I visit.
Thank you Marilyn!!!
