The lobby and rooms were modernized yet in a way to reflect grand hotels from years ago. Lots of warm wood, designs, plants and trim to match. Once you leave the elevator area you step back in time and into luxury. The staff were very accommodating and courteous. Jasmine was focused on providing the customer a very welcome experience, with each person leaving with a VIP feeling. Great location to many items downtown. Only concern is parking was very expensive. May want to consider an alternative.

I forgot how great this hotel is. The girls at the front t desk were super friendly and helpful . The rooms are clean and well appointed. The shower had great water pressure and very spacious I enjoyed the bar both in the evening and in the morning for coffee and toast. Michael and Isaiah at valet were awesome. I will definitely stay here everytime I’m in Tucson. Thanks to everyone.

Absolutely fantastic experience with the front desk team at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by Estefany with a warm, friendly smile and immediate assistance. She was not only professional but also incredibly accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. She provided clear information about amenities and local recommendations, which made exploring the area so much easier.||The attention to detail and genuine care for their guests really stood out to me. The hotel and lobby are nice as are the staff. But it’s the little things that just don’t work here. I’m a platinum Marriott member and rarely do I encounter issues. The first occurred on arrival. We were handed keys to room that was already occupied which presented a very embarrassing moment for my wife and I and the single male occupant. The new room was a room made for wheelchairs where the shower had no catch area flooding the entire floor. And since they only provide two towels, you get the picture. Not exactly the romantic evening we’d hoped for. The staff gave us drink vouchers but I have to say the bar tender was clueless. I asked her if she knew how to make the drinks we ordered and she replied yes. But they were undrinkable. What a waste. Lastly, the music played in the lobby bar is this new age crap which gives the place a completely different vibe. And food menu is very limited. Great convenient location next to concert venues in downtown but not worth the extra money.

Been to many hotels.. by far this one is THE most beautiful I’ve ever seen. The ambiance of the hotel bar and restaurant is so relaxing. It gives NyC style but in Tucson which is quite amazing! Not mad about having to stay another night!

Love it. Loved it. Staying at The Leo Kent Hotel in Tucson is truly like being at home with all the luxuries of a downtown hotel. The attention to detail is impeccable, from the pristine cleanliness to the beautifully designed decor. Every aspect of the hotel, from the floor to the ceiling, was sophisticated and comfortable.

Five stars are for the entire Leo Kent Hotel. My experience during the Christmas holiday was exemplary. The hotel is ideally located to lovely shops in the area. It smells delightful, and the staff is just as warm and professional. My burger at the restaurant disappointed me, but the breakfast was delicious.

This is a review primarily of the very well designed room shower which features remote flow and temperature control at the shower entrance (in contrast to the common placement of the control directly under the shower head), a perfectly balanced rolling wheel suspended glass entry and a gently sloping shower basin with excellent drainage.

While the building rises to 22 floors the hotel itself is restricted to floors 2 through 9 with the upper floors occupied by business operations. There is no rooftop area. The lounge on the ground floor is very pleasant if somewhat dimly lit. Staff is very pleasant and the room perfectly modern. While positioned in the downtown area the surrounding area is very distinct in character to the University of Arizona not far to the North.

On a somewhat negative note, and quite surprisingly, WiFi is not free (ranging roughly $8-$16 depending on speed at time of writing) unless one is a Marriott bonvoy member or one is located in the public lounge area.
