After finding this hotel 6 months ago, we havenโ€™t stayed anywhere else when going to Tucson. I love the space and layout of the rooms. The beds and pillows are super comfy. The breakfast is really nice, and the guy in charge of the breakfast has wonderful hospitality. He always makes sure we have what we need and letโ€™s everyone know when they are about to close in case we want more food!

Positive: very new and clean; good location close to downtown. parking was convenient and fairly priced. helpful housekeeping staff.generally speaking, the experiance was as expected for a business hotel (which is our preference). i would stay here again. Negative: front desk was sort of unenthusiastic. the bed was a bit firm and i didn't sleep super well but they tried adding some padding and it helped a bit.lights in the bathroom shut off at weird times; pretty minor stuff.

I donโ€™t know why everyone gave this place negative reviews. The only criticism I have is the small bathroom, but everything else: the cleanliness, the service, the breakfast (which is standard hot hotel fare) are great! I have never seen a cleaning staff work so hard! The pool area is absolutely gorgeous. The rooms are not even all that outdated, but are clean and the beds are very comfortable. There were no bugs. The entire property is secure and only accessible with a key card. Every employee I came across is polite and smiling at you! I would recommend this property to anyone and I would certainly stay here again!

GREAT value. Two huge adjoining rooms. Four keyed compound entrance gates for added security. Beautiful outdoor pool and area. Restaurant/bar on-site adjacent to the pool in the center of the compound. Extremely affordable. Yes, the buildings are older, but they are well maintained and feel nostalgic. Rooms are very quiet. Lots of light. Large screen TV in each suite/room. Our party of four gives this hotel two thumbs up (and weโ€™re fussy) and would definitely stay again.

It was a nice hotel to stay for a couple of days. The pool and hot tub are clean. The hotel may be a bit outdated in some areas, but it suited our needs. We were busy and hardly in the room. Location is good with several dining choices within walking distance (Olive Garden across the street, Chipotle next parking lot) Love the warm cookies!

About 15 minutes away from the convention center and the night attractions. Parking is unsecured and at your own risk staying at this hotel. Complimentary breakfast in the morning.

Great location, restaurants and coffee shops in walking distance. Other shopping also in walking distance and pretty much anything you need within a 6 minute drive, then anywhere to visit in Tucson within 20 minutes or so. I had a King suite with a separate bedroom. It was nice. Very small room with the tub and toilet, those can use updating. Otherwise very happy with the amount of space, probably 600 square feet or a little more. Good wet bar area, fridge, microwave, safe all in clean and working order. I'd stay here again.

Rooms were nice. I like that the beds are in an actual bedroom. I'm an early riser so it was a plus to be able to shut the bedroom door and sit in the front room and have coffee without bothering anyone still sleeping. Coffee maker was broken and leaked water everywhere. Parking was a nightmare but only cus about 80% percent of the idiots staying here completely ignored the lines and just parked wherever the hell they felt like. Not sure why it was so prominent here but it was incredibly annoying. Front desk was fast and friendly. Wish there were more local restaurants nearby, everything within "walking" distance was just national chain garbage.
