Karen was a gracious host. Answering questions about the area and activities. Room was clean and comfortable,she welcomed our dogs. We spent 3 days looking at property and Karen was incredibly flexible with our schedule. Highly recommend. Rolling hills and beautiful area.

This is a great location to stay when visiting the Sonoita area. The room was quiet, had comfortable sleeping, and had simple accommodations. Karen was fun to talk with. We stayed in unit #3, which is attached to main house with unit #2. Unit #1 is detached from the main house. The ranch is close to town and we recommend visiting the brewery, steakhouse, and the Corner Scoop.

What a great experience. Xanadu ranch was perfectly located for the southern AZ wine country experience. Highly recommend staying at the ranch. Karen was so friendly and helpful. Can't wait to go back.

The place is beautiful and the room had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable. And, it was oh so quiet!! There is a very nice seating area outside overlooking the countryside. We really enjoyed meeting the host and our stay. Will stay there again!

Beautiful setting, nice quiet room, great pillow selection. Everything was clean and working properly. This place is well maintained. The koi fish are spectacular as was the broad tailed hummingbird getting a drink at the fountain.

I've stayed at the ranch a few times and it's always a great experience. I live in Tucson and like to visit the vineyards and not have to drive home. The ranch is in a great location, low key and very peaceful. The views at sunset are amazing. The bed is super cozy too.

Super cute “bunkhouse” accommodation close to everything. This exceeded our expectations! A cozy, well appointed space that had everything we could need, and more. Definitely recommend.

Will definitely be back!
Stayed in the bunkhouse with full kitchen.
Quiet, comfortable, friendly. Karen was very informative and headed us in the right direction for our adventures. Proximity to Sonoita proper and area wineries was so convenient yet we felt like we had a 20 acre ranch to ourselves. Grilled on the porch and gazed at the stars from the deck.
Wonderful birthday celebration.
