Great spot! There’s a rooftop overlooking Charles Street for drinks. And their lunch menu was beautifully thought out - i got the duck with roasted carrots and it felt like an upscale homemade meal. The perfect combo of elegance and comfort.

My partner and I stayed one night in the penthouse. The hotel is a beautiful property! The staff was super friendly and we were able to check in early with no notice. We enjoyed our complimentary drink (house wine or draft beer). The terrace is very nice. Our room was spacious and well decorated. The bathroom was a highlight. The location is also very convenient. The elevator and stairs were a little tight, but we made it work. Breakfast was great for a hotel of its size-not too many options but definitely enough!

One of my favorite stays, ever. Arrived early and was blessed with a ready room! Absolute gorgeous corner unit overlooking Charles street (room 28). Everything was perfect about my stay -- especially loved the super clean, luxurious bathroom and daily European breakfast.

Highly recommend!!

Beacon Hill Hotel is a lovely spot in a wonderful location. Just steps away from Boston Commons and the Botanical Gardens. The rooms are will appointed, restaurant offerings tasty and team is great. I will certainly be going back.

Beacon Hill Hotel is more a restaurant that rents rooms above than a hotel.||The room was large, trendy, comfortable, and clean. No complaints about it. But do not expect the atmosphere or facilities of a classic hotel.||The worst experience was "breakfast included". No bread, no ham, no cheese... Croissant, pastry, red fruits and yougurt. A bucket of cold water for the salty food lovers to start the day.

Okay, so we were not guests at the hotel but we came into the lobby bar for a drink and struck up such a good conversation with the bartenders. We had a wonderful time and cannot wait to come back when the patio is open! When we were there it happened to be my birthday and the bartenders (especially Molly!) made sure to make my birthday extra memorable! We cannot say enough good things about the staff at the bar of the beacon Hill hotel. We will be back!

We had a mixed experience at Bacon Hill Hotel. On arrival, our room wasn’t ready. After a delay and a briefly offered drink (which never materialised), another staff member gave us a different available room. It was clean, spacious and very comfortable but situated opposite the lift, which was a bit noisy with people chatting outside our door at times. ||The second night was disturbed by a mechanical whirring sound that kept starting and slowing down throughout the night. It seemed to come from elsewhere in the building.||Breakfast was disappointing. Most items had run out. I waited around 30 minutes for croissants to appear. The selection was very limited, especially for those with dietary needs. My husband is coeliac and while there were a few gluten-free options (some pastries, oats, fruit), there was no juice and only cold boiled eggs. When we asked for gluten-free bread, we were told it would cost $3. When I said I didn’t think we should be charged and the staff member replied, “Just this once,” in a tone that felt quite rude.||We also had a billing issue. Although we’d paid in advance through Expedia, our card was charged again at checkout. I asked for a bill to be emailed but never received it. Thankfully, we spotted the charge while waiting for our taxi and spoke to receptionist who charged us. She showed us that she’d issued a refund but over over a week later I hadn’t gone through. I had to contact Expedia to resolve it.||Overall, the hotel felt like it expected guests to be grateful to stay there, rather than making them feel genuinely welcome.

The location of the hotel and the service from Andres was the best part! Andres went above and beyond to help us make our reservation and accommodated all our requests during our stay! Our stay would have not been the same without him. Beacon Hill Hotel is in the best location and was so cute.
