I am shocked this place has as good of reviews as it does because the service is inexcusable and baffling. I feel like every time I come in I am a burden to them and I know it’s the store manager that’s always rude and short with everyone that comes in or at least I assume she is because she’s always there. Probably the main issue… I’m very patient and understanding of guest service and how hard it is to please everyone but this location is lacking decent leadership and will do far better with a committed manager/staff. The icing on the cake is when I walked in the manager”I assume” was leaning over the open food bar behind the counter with her phone over all the fixings and the food, she acted like I was inconveniencing her YouTube time and called another cashier(also short and rude) when I got my food the manager went right back to texting over the open food tray. Amazing food and terrible service over the last year or more! I will never come to this location again and will highly recommend others choose another location or even avoid altogether.

The tables were dirty, the person taking our order was salty as hell and we donated $6 didn't receive our pickle bucket per the sign posted as well as we got combos and getting yet any of our extras other than the drink and they didn't give my daughter her firefighter helmet that comes with the kids meal. The one staff member at the end of the line was at least pleasant and did a good job making the sandwiches. It was not Busy at all three staff and 2 tables that already were eating so there was not a good reason for the lack of attention that was received.

First time going to this Firehouse subs, It was recommended buy some friends of mine to go grab a bunch of Subs, so I did and they were wonderful hot and delicious.
Will definitely be returning!!

These are the best sandwiches in town!!! I can't begin to describe the hook and ladder sandwich. You'll have to stop in and try it for yourself. They also have many selections of sandwiches and different drinks to choose from. Don't delay and try today. 😊

2025 Update, This place rocks. Well made food and very helpful staff. I would definitely recommend.

(OLD) Update, after eating here dozens of times in the past almost 3 years. Something changed at the store, orders are constantly missing the extra toppings and worst of all the last 5 times I've gone they forget the pickle. How can you forget the pickle! Also there's a rude know it all employee that's always talking down to customers.
