Due to weather (rain) our survey was delayed and we were concerned that closing would be delayed. This office went above and beyond, showing up at the house in the morning and providing us with the survey that same afternoon. Closing was able to proceed as scheduled. I will give 0 star if possible, they are out to get your money not to do the job you paid for. I requested for platting on my property and I spoke with both my city and county clerks to verify the requirements. Tina in By-line accepted my job, took me on a merry go round for months and said she did family partition for the money I paid for platting. I asked them to fix it but they want another money for the same job. Take your business elsewhere, By-line is just a waste of time, a waste of money and resources.

Find another survey company, they will waste your time and take your money for nothing. Do not be fooled by their staff who gave them a good review, I am a real customer and I have proof of their fraudulent act.

Can't say enough good words about them. They came to our rescue in a pinch with a tight deadline. Everyone we dealt with in the office and the field crew was exceptionally professional, polite, and a pleasure to work with.
