Good value hotel. After staying in a Fairfield the night before in Nashville I did have a nicer bathroom and shower there. As for the room it appeared clean and well made up. The bathroom was clean! It was just a little dated with the tub. No issues otherwise, staff was friendly.

I booked a hotel room for my sister’s bachelorette party at this location through booking.com. I booked the reservation in the name of who was checking in and paid in full as I was unable to attend. Also called the hotel to ensure the girls would have no problem checking in and everything would be fine. Upon checking, a card was taken and charged for incidentals and the room. I paid in full in advance on booking.com and they charged the girls at check in. It has been a week and the hotel has yet to refund the double charge! First they told me to check my credit card - it was refunded. But I was the one that wanted to pay for the room. And now they are saying they don’t have the virtual card from booking.com because they deleted it and they have to call them? 8 days later and still no refund and absolutely no fault of mine. Stay away from this location if you don’t want double charged! And I’m an honors member

This hotel was perfect for our spontaneous night on the river front! Comfortable beds, quiet, effective air conditioner, and absolutely amazing shower water pressure! Parking garage was very convenient. Overall great value!

I have stayed at this location twice in May, 2025. The personnel have all been wonderful, a special thank you to front desk staffmember, Rosa. Our room was nice, it was clean, and you can't beat the location. I would have given them a 5, but one thing prevents it. There was no hot water for showers during either stay. The hot water at the sink was very hot, but the showers? No. I even asked relatives staying there who were on other floors if they had hot water. None of them did. If anyone asked me to recommend this hotel, I would, but I would warn them about the cold showers.

Great location! Walkable to restaurants, theaters, etc. seems new /renovated. Parking is available. But overnight on the streets is free so we were able to utilize street parking. Would happily stay here again. Standard courtyard amenities (bistro, etc)

We stayed overnight while traveling and the staff was not impressive, and the hotel
itself was not clean, and not your typical excellent Marriott stay. The front desk attendant while checking in and out was great! Recently updated but not finished to high standards, some things are not complete. Bathroom tub and shower area was old, not updated(had some
mold and stains). Room was out of lotion and essential toiletries. Signage in the lobby had wrong directions and included a pool, no pool and the fitness area was severely lacking. Starbucks in the lobby didn’t open until 6:30am, traveling visitors leave before this time. Not accommodating to guests. I would not choose this Courtyard again.

9/25 update - Make sure you ask about housekeeping. Still waiting for the remodeling of the gym. They have a special pass for the parking garage, suggest you utilize it. 7/2025 update. Make sure you ask for housekeeping, otherwise your room will not be made up. They have two machines for exercise, very limited selection of free weights. Previous review -The location is excellent, near lots of food and bars and places to go for a walk. The lobby area is outstanding. Plan on no housekeeping for 3 days at a time (*March 2025). Plan on paying for parking at a nearby garage (The hotel will arrange this for you). Any requests made on your reservation notes doesn't mean much -call ahead and make sure you get what you want. Some Street parking is available, you will have to put in some effort to find a spot. (*Three stars for the room is mainly because of lack of housekeeping + poor quality pillows + loose toilet seat + broken handheld shower head etc.).

I changed hotels specifically on the recommendation of bartender Julie proved to be outstanding. Marriott needs to take a lesson from this young lady who really knows how to treat customers and make them feel welcome and not the regular fake attitude that all too many servers and bartenders normally provide. I went to multiple places downtown and no one had quite the friendly attitude like Julie so I ended up returning to the Marriott to have the friendly experience. She was the absolute star of your location as for my room it was very nice except for the bathroom where the tub was refinished but it was peeling as if they didn't actually resurface the tub and used latex paint. All the staff has been fantastic here and I would easily stay here again.
