Upon arrival we got a call to our room right away to pay more money for our pet which we were sure we already paid. There was some overlooked cleanliness issues like hair on towels and items not belonging to us in the fridge. We were skeptical, but assured and happy after speaking with a manager Chris who was extremely pleasant and genuinely thankful for the feedback. They could not give a refund of any kind because we booked through Expedia instead of directly with the hotel, but the manager comped us with complimentary breakfast for the whole family, and it was a very good breakfast at that. Our room was otherwise quiet and comfortable and we got much needed restorative sleep. The ladies in charge of breakfast on morning of 8/28 were also super pleasant and sweet to our autistic teen. We happened upon a maintenance man in the hall on our way out who my husband was able to point out a loose shower faucet that will need attention soon. We were happy with our stay and the way things were made right, right away.

I spent one night at the Hilton Garden Inn Omaha East and was genuinely impressed. The room was spacious with a king-size bed, microwave, Keurig, closet, and a very comfortable walk-in shower. What stood out most was how impeccably clean everything was—top marks for housekeeping.||This property is connected to the Horseshoe Casino, which owns it. You don’t even have to step outside—just walk through a short corridor. I didn’t gamble, but I did take a quick look inside.||A highlight of my stay was the gentleman working both as bartender and server in the restaurant. I ordered a flatbread cheese pizza and had a great conversation with him while waiting—he was welcoming, friendly, and genuinely engaging.||The only thing I’d note—and this isn’t unique to this property—is that across Hilton in general, benefits tied to your Hilton Honors tier aren’t always automatically offered. You may need to ask. I’ve learned to expect this, but a bit more consistency would really elevate the experience.||Overall, a wonderful stay with great service, comfort, and convenience. Would definitely return.

3 issues: First, the beds and pillows were hard. Second, the pool is a heater, and the area is like a sauna. It's nice in winter but sucks for cool dip when it's 100° outside. Last, there is no continental breakfast. For almost $900 for 3 nights, I expected better.

Don't bother calling the front desk for a reservation. When you get your confirmation # it will be wrong. Wrong number of days, and messed up the room requiring a walk-in shower due to physical difficulties. Upon call back speaking to a man in the office he was having difficulty trying to correct the reservation. He said that he fixed it, but when we checked in 2 days later the reservation and room were not correct.

Upon arrival after driving here for 16 hours, we were sore and tired.
We were given a room with two queens as requested, but no walk-in shower. Went downstairs and met with the clerk who advised that the only room left available with a walk-in shower was a single king-size bed, not the two queens as reserved. She offered a rollaway bed, but I was not going to ask my spouse with a bad back she just had a procedure done to sleep on it. Upon checking this room the remote would not actuate the TV except to turn on and off. Back downstairs, the desk clerk was unaware of the remote control operation for the TV. She did offer to pull the remote from an empty room as no person from facilities was on duty to change the remote control batteries. She brought us another remote, but it had the same issue. We still haven't resolved the need for two beds.

My spouse with a very sore back could not sleep well as she could not prop herself up accordingly. She awoke in severe pain several times, which adversely affected my sleep as well.

Very disappointed as we have been with Hilton Honors for many years and have never encountered a place that could not accommodate persons with disabilities. Especially since we made a telephonic reservation directly to the Hotel itself.

Overall, this was a pretty underwhelming stay. While the location is nice and convenient near the events center, I wouldn't have minded staying further away in a nicer place. The windows didn't seal in the room, meaning that the noise of the casino next door could be heard all night long. Breakfast was deceptively marketed in a way so as to look complimentary, but it is definitely not.

Room was clean, but our bathroom smelled like somewhere spent the whole night throwing up in it. I had to go buy Febreeze cause they didn’t have anything to take care of the smell. Other than that we loved this hotel and my daughter loved their pool.

I recently stayed on 7/19/25 for one night. Checked in around 3:00ish PM. I asked the host if I could have a room close to the elevator and he said that the room is close, without even looking up. He never smiled or even looked at us. We got something from the pantry which is on a separate computer and asked for a receiptl, he stated that it would take 10 minutes to get a receipt. I asked that he print it anyway and put the room number on it so I can pick it up the next morning, again with an attitude. This is not the first time the Hosts have been anything but cordial, these are the people that greet those entering the establishment and for the past 5 or 6 visits the Hosts have not been personable to say the least. The Hosts just act like they don't even want to be there or most importantly greet with a smile and not an Attitude.

Nice, clean rooms, and it was quiet. The lobby bar has pizza available, as well as beer, wine, and mixed drinks. The bartender was great!

Stayed 4 nights in room on second floor |room has no safe, there are safe deposit boxes in the lobby. However it does |have microwave and mini fridge. ||Small indoor pool and fitness center were okay ||After second day we discovered tiny bugs /beetles in the bathroom, called and reported to front desk who sent someone from maintenance to spray our bathroom. ||Breakfast in lobby area is very good |Prices are reasonable ||Location is convenient but would not stay here again

As a Hilton honors member, this place met my expectations completely. Nice room, well maintained property, I just wish their rolling luggage carts were bigger!
