Pretzels are going down hill.. 1.39$ for a small thing of cheese seriously you pay more in dipping sauce then the order asked for cinnamon pretzel at 6:38 and he told me he couldn’t make it because they were closing they closed at 7:30pm make that make sense

At 12 on a Sunday I stopped by and the crew said it would be about 10 minutes until they are ready
After I went and got smoothies I came back about ten minutes later. And they stated we don't have any food just drinks. Food will have a longer wait. I said no thanks and as I was walking away employees were smirking at me. Complete turn off to this place. Stay away!!

Cheese sauce was still bagged, bites were unapealing, and actual pretzels seemed dry, no salt, and just would never recommend this place

Well the pretzels are pretzels. The cheese tasted different. But my favorite waitress is leaving, won't be there any more. She always smiled and made sure things were good with me. This new group... no smiles. Didn't care. Like if they hated it. If you hate your job so much go find one you like. Don't know if I'll be going back. So sad.

I feel bad for the workers here. I feel like every time I come they have the longest line in the mall and they’re all doing their best to please everyone. Customers are ugly to them for no reason. Either you stop complaining about the wait time and acknowledge the work that goes into making you fresh pretzels order to order. Or you can complain about the wait time and get food that was mass produced at one time and is gonna be sitting in a warmer till you order but then you’ll complain about how they’re stale. Their customers are horrible not the pretzel maker in my opinion. I’m disappointed in how
Pueblo treats workers. It’s very entitled and demanding. I think people go just to be jerks to the employees.
I hate that I always end in line behind some ahole complaining for the prices or their inability to understand a menu and then get frustrated with everyone around them for their incompetence. I once was behind a lady who order a regular pretzel. I even heard the employee ask multiple times to make sure the order was correct and the lady was like “yea I know what I orderd” with attitude then her food came out exactly as she orders it and she went off on the employee because she actually wanted pretzel bites. Idk if this is just a Pueblo thing or just how people all over think of workers but some of the people out there need manors and behavior therapy.
I love the food from pretzel maker and if you talk to them nicely they give you the same respect back. Very class less CUSTOMERS everytime I go. If I could go without dealing with the other customers it’d be heaven

Since we just moved from MD with the chain Wawa where they have the best soft pretzels, I have been really missing eating a good soft pretzel.
My sweet hubby took me to the Pretzelmaker store in the Pueblo Mall. There we ordered 7 pretzels at $3.00 + each. They told us it would take them 15 minutes for the order. . They were busy selling pretzel bites and they didn't have pretzels ready to go. It took 30 minutes.
The pretzels were awful-something along the lines of flour/yeast ratio. They were skinny, tasteless and I was not a happy camper. I wanted to go back for a refund, however my hubby tends to avoid confrontation and didn't think it was a good idea. We ended up throwing them away. Don't go here...their pretzels are terrible! What a waste of $20 +.

They tell you ten minutes and you stand and wait 25 minutes as they make every order bust yours. My kids and husband finished their meals before I got the order I placed with them before anything else. Then they have the nerve to say that what I ordered just takes a long time to make.

Took my 3 year old trick or treating at the mall for Halloween. (Most places made it obvious if they didn't have candy.) Passing by pretzlemaker I seen 4 workers huddling around a bag of candy. As my son approached with his bag up high saying the magic words.. Nobody glanced his way so I interfered and asked "Are you guys doing candy?" they confirmed and said they're "figuring it out" while proceeding to not give my kid any. Low quality service.
