If i could give zero stars I would. This store is extremely understaffed. 2 ppl on the register when the line is wrapped around the store. 30 min wait!!! Will not be coming back to this burlington!!!

Udate: then when I finally get to the register no paper bags! Cashiers are giving the customers plastic bags the one you use for garbage to put their items in!!! Unacceptable I will not be returning!! Store like this in this locations take advantage of ppl in the inner city who dont have transportation to go to other stores!!

Worst Burlington Ever.

Most Burlingtons I go to have long lines, but the cashiers are all occupied. This Burlington has not even 4 cashiers and the line drags to the end of the store. The cashiers on the first floor is never used, the changing rooms are always closed, the items are always damaged.

This was the 3rd time a lady refuses to return or exchange items that were purchased in this exact location, funny thing that it was the same woman all 3 times. I can’t describe her exactly, but if I were at the store I could immediately identify her, she needs to be fired.

The bathrooms supposedly didn’t work but I saw the members using it. I shouldn’t have to go all the way to the first floor to go to the bathroom.

The store is small and limited options but some good things could still be found there. I've hardly seen staff on the floor, and the few I've encountered weren't friendly, so I generally steer clear from staff, excluding cashiers. The cashiers are a bit friendlier. A lot of them speak only Spanish, absolutely no English, which can be frustrating.

The store itself is in nice condition but you can tell they are super understaffed. A 20 minute wait to buy one shirt is ridiculous. At other burlingtons they let you keep the hangers, but the sales cashier associate Nancy refused. Then I had to tell her to take off the security device on my one other item…. Then I noticed I was being charged 30¢ cents and when I addressed the concern, not sure what happened or what she did on the pos but then I was able to make my purchase with the correct amount being displayed. She did not take my phone number as well so my receipt could be saved.

They also fake that the bathroom is out of service as I witnessed employees go use them.

Yes, many people come here because they are cheap. But it is very wrong for them to look at people with such derogatory eyes. And I also want to say that there are a total of 9 cash registers there, but only 3 cash registers work on Sunday. And the people working at that cash register also work very, very slowly. I hope they deserve the money they earned there.

It is hot the line to pay is long. Burlington in Paterson does not have enough cashiers for two floors. I put my items back and left.

the place to shop 🙂

you can find a lot of clothes in here some of them with good price if you are lucky you can find really good clothes.

They do have good sales, but it is hard to find unless you are able to find what you are looking for with time or within a while. If it's not all day looking for items.

Please clean up the place and Thank you 🤗 be more organized. So more people will come.

Lines are very long and they move fast or slow. So do not let the lines stop you.

Be careful and Please do not leave your belongings, valuables... unattended.

Please keep a eye on your kids. Please understand and this is due to safety.

Please do not let your kid(s) go on own, unattended. If that's the case, whether or not there is a sign at the entrance.

Example: sending your kid(s) to buy at the store while you go to bank or somewhere else. They won't step into store because they are not older or 18 years old (and up) to shop on own.

They will be asked to leave before even stepping a foot in there.

The Hispanic security guard was so rude. Started kicking people out 20min before close. Had a very hostile and condescending attitude towards the customers.

This store seems racists against African Americans I tried to return two items and initially the cashier was allowing the return however when the manager came near she said one shoe had scuffs on the bottom and appeared worn I assure you I did not wear one shoe. So she could not return the shoes I requested both items back and I will not be shopping here again. I wanted to post a photo of the scuff mark I asked for her name but she refused to give it the shoes were 18.99
