It was close to town. The bed was ok, pillows a bit flat. The check on was simple. Booked a superior king room was big. Grill and fire pit in courtyard
They had laundry and Jimmy Dean sausage breakfast biscuits for breakfast.

After purchasing the room when I opened the door and the bed was unmade. If my company and transportation had not been so exhausted I would have complained. He however, was ok with it. The towels had not been replaced so only I was able to shower so he went to sleep and I stayed up at most I sat on the bed where it had not been unmade. The room cost was 112$ for the night.

We had to change 3 rooms not going to get into that. Very noisy, kids couldn't sleep for school next day due to someone partying 2 doors down. Someone decided to lose their food on the top floor above our vehicle. Prefer not to stay at this location again.

We chose this hotel for FaithFest due to its close proximity to the venue (within a five to ten minute walk). The beds were clean and comfortable, the TV was Roku, the mini fridge came in handy, the hotel staff were super helpful, and the interior of the hotel looked to be recently remodeled (within last couple of years). We did find that the floor of our room had grit and although we did appreciate the continental breakfast, it was a rather small selection (bagels, packaged muffins, yogurt, microwaveable sausage biscuit). They promptly added our linens needed for the number of guests we had made the reservation for and quickly apologized. We recommend if you happen to be traveling through Wilkesboro for a brief stay. My eight year old son says, “This hotel is DEFINITELY recommended.”

PRO: The staff person was hard working and pleasant. Bed was comfortable, |CON: No maid service, no amenities upon check in, not even hand soap or towels. door keys failed multiple times, had to have them re coded, Only one staff person on duty and that person was frequently called away from the desk, causing a long wait for keys, towels, etc. Breakfast was low quality, no fresh fruit. few choices.

Last minute reservation, book d through the Red Roof app. Upon checkin, the lobby appeared clean, clerk professional. Walking down to my room I noticed the overgrown grass but thought perhaps they were letting it grow a bit before the arrival of spring. The room appeared clean, plenty of towels, microwave and refrigerator.|When ready to take a shower, I’ll let the photo paint the words, hair strands clumped in various spots. The tub was not clean and looked as if it hadn’t even been cleaned. I rinsed the front half so I could use it. |The TV setup is a Roku remote with apps. Was able to watch a movie while falling asleep. Woke to back pain and moved to my side; the mattress is very firm, too firm for me. But as long as I’m on my side it’s manageable.|Breakfast consisted of food like products, mostly bioengineered. So I skipped breakfast. Later in the day after returning to the room I noticed fresh towels and bed made, a nice touch. But when I went to take a shower…..it still wasn’t cleaned. The half I didn’t clean was still hairy. ||Tip: wear flip flops, bring cleaner to DIY cleaning to get the room ready for your stay.

This place is awful. The floors were so dirty it looked like they had never been mopped. They rarely had a full breakfast like they put out to have. Only thing you could look forward to having was bottle water, yogurt and coffee. The staff was rude. We was there for almost a month. We lost our home because of black mold after it flooded and was staying in a tent. FEMA blessed us with 30 days with the motel. Well my fiancee walked down to the to get toilet paper last night and the boy that was working and always rude was talking to someone so Clay stood there patiently waiting on him to get done. As soon as he did he looked at Clay and said what do you want? Clay was like a couple rolls of tp plz. The guy rolls his eyes and let out a omg sound. He brings it back and basically throws it at clay. Clay was like man r u ok. The boy then bites his lips and throws his shoulders up like he wanted to swing. Clay just turned around and walked off. Well when he got to the end of the hall Clay stopped and said to himself" I should have smacked him" Well the boy must of heard him cause at midnight the room phone rang and it was the manager. I tried to explain to her what happened and she wouldn't even let me or clay talk. She proceeded to tell us that we had 10 mins to pack our stuff up and leave the premises. Remind you that we had been there a month.They kept calling while I was packing. So we are currently back in our tent and it's really cold. This place is seriously the worst motel I've ever experienced.😔😭
