Horrible service. Waited at the counter for 15 minutes while at least 3 employees looked me in the eye and would not acknowledge me. When someone finally asked to help me,I was told that the paint, that they had confirmed on the phone that they had, is carried there. Theydid not offer to order it for me. The worst Sherwin Williams I've ever visited.

This is my go to paint store! Staff is always super helpful and knowledgeable, and you don't have to spend lots of time waiting for a can of paint like at the "big box" home improvement stores. All of my information is stored for easy reference, and they even ask to see pics of my most recent projects. Love these guys!

They gave my friend a brick sized stack of carded paint chips to take home to me, so I could choose a color to match my marbled table top. They said he could keep them, but he chose to return them. I visited their store and their employees are friendly and helpful. I'm glad they're located in St. Charles where I live. They have a nice variety of complimentary coffee flavors to choose from and enjoy while you wait for your order.

I had fallen into the habit of buying paint at the big box stores since I'm in there so often for other items for the properties we renovate. I needed some actual paint swatches based on local historic zoning requirements so thought I'd give this store a try. The staff was attentive, courteous and very knowledgeable and helpful. They all jumped in to find me each of the swatches I needed so I didn't spend my time staring at the sample boards. They recommended paints for my specific applications, quickly set me up with a business account, and with their initial discount the prices were slightly higher but still very competitive with the big box retailers. Also found out that the Sherwin Williams paint at the big box stores is not the same as in the company stores. This will be my regular place for paint.

Our main SW now that they are open. Smaller store so they may not have everything that SW sells on hand, but will get it for you asap. Derek, the store manager, is very knowledgeable in regards to product and an ace in matching colors. Joey, the assistant, is also very helpful and is willing to do what it takes to get what you want as quickly as possible. Always spend a few more dollars and get the best product you can possibly afford, you will be rewarded with application and durability. We purchase countless gallons of Duration Home Matte for walls and ProClassic Acrylic Semi Gloss for trim. If doing ceilings, ask for CHB tinted to "SNL White", it's magic for ceilings because it's so dead flat.
