My room was very clean and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. I needed a bathtub which they provided and it was super clean. They are under renovation so I'm sure it will only get better. Breakfast was simple: coffee, juice, toast, cereal and milk, but it was all I needed. Maybe as a future recommendation: yogurt and maybe fruit? But overall, a lovely overnight stay. I even received a complimentary late checkout with my gold Wyndham rewards! Thank you for being so kind! I will return😊

Best hotel, after renovation the rooms are very nice and clean. My family spent 3 nights and we had great stay. I would definitely recommend. Staff is very helpful and kind, the girl at the desk is very helpful. We will be back soon. Love it.

This hotel was in a great location. That's probably the only reason it has more than an average of one star. Close to many great restaurants and shopping plazas. However, the room numbers were taped to the doors with painters tape. The wifi didn't work well. The breakfast was bleak. The tub and sink were both backed up, and hair was in them when we arrived, as though they'd never been cleaned. BED BUGS were seen upon waking on our last day, and stains from past infestations were found on the bed covers. 0/10. If Wyndham is trying to remodel and take these over, just demo the building and start over.

Don't stay here. We were catfished. This hotel is under construction. They put us in a renovated room, but the renovations are not yet complete. Our room was not cleaned. The floors are disgusting, and someone's food is in the fridge. The bed linens are also disgusting. So disgusting, that we slept with only a sheet.

This was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. It was so dirty and in need of major repairs. The top lock of my door was completely broken off. The floors had some kind of sticky film on them, I actually wore my shoes in the room the whole time. The tub/shower was so dirty I didn’t even want to get in it. And the toilet practically ran all night. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra money to stay elsewhere.

This hotel has roaches. I called the front desk to let them know that I saw a roach on the night stand. While I was talking to front desk manager, I saw a roach go under the bed. I was asked if I took a picture of the roach. I am freaking out and he wants to know if I took a picture. Like you dont know your hotel has roaches. I was told that the hotel is full amd there was NOTHING they could do to help. Sleepless night in the ROACH MOTEL. Paid $180 for a hotel that knows they have roaches. Absolutely beyond disgusted.

Definitely way beyond my expectations. I read the reviews and I was worried but this place is amazing’ staff is good send friendly. People writing wrong reviews but The rooms are clean and smells good. They did renovation so it’s more clean and nice. Hallway is clean and smells fresh. We stayed few days and loved it. Everything is very close. We came for the show and theater is very close. There are so much things to do and we will definitely come back . I definitely recommends this place. Love it……………

Positive: Inside of hotel and rooms have been recently renovated so very nice and clean Negative: Outside of the hotel needs cleaning up, weeds and shrubs were overgrown and trash could be cleaned up. Also some benches or outdoor seating would be nice.
