Welcome to Greenville City Hall and Municipal Complex! very nice clean well maintained property.. very nice people inside and this is where you pay your water/sewer/ trash bill in person. you can pay electronically BUT there is an extra fee.. pay in person and save money!

Went in to see about wording on a permit. Why do you want to know? she asked. Once she knew the reason, she became somewhat mean and rude. She told me I was wrong about my complaint, but she couldn't explain why I was wrong. I now know why I was wrong after googling when I got home. But first I sat in a chair waiting for 30 minutes listening to her argue with another customer. She replied to their questions several times with "I don't know," making that person upset and feeling like it was a waste of time to have come in. Be kind!
