I come here with my mom everytime she goes and I get my nails done, whether it's a simple design or something more flashy. They always do it super well, and I love coming here. The environment is so welcoming and it feels like home. Yay!!!!!

Today was a doozy, some tears were shed. I had TWO manicures done in one day. The first manicure was a major flop. I ended up getting my nails fixed within hours. The sweetest lady named Joyce revived my nails. She was so understanding about my bad experience at another salon. She took her time to help me find the best way to go about fixing my nails. Please go here if you want quality service. I am going to add before photos (blue nails that were thick and poorly done) to my current nails that Joyce did. Again, thank you so much Joyce for helping me out today and giving me a beautiful set! Also sorry for crying. Fresh set that Joyce did will be the coral colored nails. Absolutely love them.

I went here with my sister and she graciously bought my set. However, it's been 2 weeks and I have had 4 pop off, like in the photo, and the rest are lifting as well. I'm disappointed. I've just never had this happen before. If anything, I have had to soak them to get them off after a few weeks, or go back in and have them removed for me. The woman who did them for me also wasn't very personable and the vibes were off. She was younger, so maybe she just needs more practice. 🤷‍♀️ Ambiance is nice though. My sister and mother love this place and certain nail techs, so maybe I'll give them another shot next time I'm in town.

Update!! They did the best job on my nails for Christmas. They also really cleaned up my nails that I had done elsewhere that had damaged my nails. It took them over an hour and they cleaned up my cuticles and removed all the damage. I won’t be going anywhere else! Thank you!!

Zen nails is comfortable, clean and everyone does such a great job.

I don’t usually get a massage when I get a gel manicure but they do here! Love my nails 😍

Quality service, the friendliest staff I’ve ever experienced, and not to mention the beautiful hand painted nail art my technician meticulously applied with the precision of a surgeon. Zen Nails is fabulous! I’ve been getting a French manicure on my nails at other places for decades, and recently switched. Katie is by far the best and the fastest of anyone who's ever done my nails. I went there initially because they got such great reviews. They certainly have lived up to it. 😁
