Jack at LI Rent-A-Tent was amazing! He was very professional and had excellent communication skills. He returned calls and inquiries very promptly and made scheduling installs and take downs/pick ups easy. The tent, tables and chairs were all in excellent, high-quality condition and the tent came with lights inside. His crew were very polite, careful and professional. We were extremely pleased and will definitely be using LI Rent-A-Tent for our next backyard event!! We highly recommend using this company!

I used Rent-A-Tent for my daughter's graduation party. Jack, the owner, was very professional and responded quickly to every question I had. He emailed over a contract that explained everything and the whole process of renting the perfect size tent went smoothly. He delivered it 2 days early because of a huge storm that was predicted the day before the party. Boy did it rain!!!! I sat under the tent and not one drop of rain leaked in and it was also very windy!! I ordered 2 different color linens to match the school colors and they were dropped off on hangers, labeled and wrapped individually. He promptly picked up the tent the next morning and he was cordial, friendly and on time to the minute he said he would come. I would definitely use Rent-A-Tent again! Jack Reinhard was a pleasure to work with!

Jack and his team were great to work with. Delivered when they said they would. Tent, chairs and tables were perfect for our event. Quality pieces. They even washed down the tent and wiped down all the tables and chairs when setting up. Came to collect everything in a timely manner and were very efficient in putting up and taking down everything. We have already used them for multiple events and will definitely used them again in the future. Highly recommend.

I recently rented a tent from Rent-A-Tent and I couldn't be more pleased! From start to finish, the process was seamless and professional.Initially I was hesitant about a tent fitting in the space I needed it to be as I have pavers in places where I thought the stakes would need to go. Jack came to my house to assess and measure and make sure what I rented would be a good fit for the space. It was perfect. The tent was impressive and everyone told me how nice it was. Jack and his crew at Rent-A-Tent were awesome. They were extremely professional, on time for set up and pick up. The tent was in excellent condition as well as the table and chairs. Jack was in constant contact to ensure all details were adhered to, he followed up a few days before to let us know when he was coming as well as provided a detailed list of what was needed for set-up. I would highly recommend him and his company for your parties. I will definitely be using him again. For a young professional he is a great business person and a pleasure to deal with.

I had a wonderful experience with Jack. From the booking to the set you and even to clean up he was fair, honest, hard working and kept his word. I needed a tent for our engagement party and it was at the end of June so I knew I needed to call early. They gave the best quote and truly shocked me with their customer service and follow through (in a good way!) Best of all, the tent they set up was so pretty and had a point at the top!! That was an unexpected surprise. No extra charge for bistro lighting and the linens were great. From start to finish I was thrilled.
