Our survey was $2600!!!! We had a small cottage on West Lake Rd in Penn Yan that the survey needed ti be redacted. These people did our first survey 15 years ago. Yes there were a couple of changes we did over the years: we put in a new deck etc, but the survey was $2600!!! Shop around as these folks are taking advantage.. Look at owner's response below. Our house was 1300 sq ft and yes it was a $750k house. No idea why owner thought that was important? Maybe if you sell your house for $250k your survey will only be 1/3 of ours? On the other hand if you sell your house for $2.25m maybe it will be 3x what ours cost? Find another surveyor......

Ken and Dave are very professional and very thorough. They do an excellent job and are always available to answer any questions you may have. They are prompt and when they say they're going to do a job and have it completed within a certain time frame, they are always true to their word. They have done survey work for me several times over the last 20 plus years. They've also worked for several of my clients who are always happy as well.

We have never seen a better survey company than Larson & Simolo.
They do what they say when they say with no drama. If they ever do a survey for you and you need survey work again you will call they back.
