We were there for a wedding and I wasn't expecting much since it is a small town, but I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was GREAT. The location is good, with a coffee shop and fast food within walking distance. The room and hotel was clean and well maintained (but showing a bit of wear) Breakfast was better than a lot of places and included biscuits & gravy, eggs, omelettes, bacon, sausage, sweet rolls, etc. It was serve yourself, but all items were available. It was a good experience for us.

Horrible experience. Reserved 4 nights and on the 3rd night the tv went out. I told the front desk at 8pm and they said there was nothing they could do. I told front desk again at 5am, again nothing they can do. I wait for the manager to come in at 9am and she said the only thing she can do is switch my room. I planned on staying another night and she offered a $5 discount. Along with the 911 call we had to make last night because of the woman screaming in the next room. Will not be staying here again.

The hotel appear new or newly renovated. Front desk was quick and courteous, had our check in materials ready when we arrived, took only moments to get checked in. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Black out shade permitted us to sleep in after a long day and night out. Maid staff was super helpful and very courteous. Breakfast was clean, usual IHG servings, all hot and ready, prepared well and supplied generously.

We had our daughter and family including a toddler and 4 year old and were concerned about space in the room. We were very pleased to see the accommodations worked great. The only suggestions would be perhaps a shelf in the bathroom and more lighting in the corners of the foyer area. Some additional wall art would improve the looks unless you are a minimalist.

Service was good, bed was comfortable, quiet hotel, right next to some good food options. I stayed for work and it was great and breakfast starts early on weekdays so we were able to get breakfast then leave for the job

The staff was friendly and cheerful , the hotel was clean, the gym room was clean with up to date equipment. The room itself was clean, the bed was extremely comfortable. Couldn’t hear any noise from the other rooms

Beds were real comfy. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was awesome. Room was spacious with a chaise chair for lounging. Kids really enjoyed the swimming pool. Lots of restaurants & coffe shop next to motel.

This hotel was clean, comfortable, and convenient! The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We had to change our accommodations a couple of times during our trip to the hotel due to weather. Alyssa at the front desk took care of it over the phone with no problems! We were greeted with a smile upon arrival. Breakfast was good with plenty of options. Overall our experience was excellent!

I asked for a handicap room because I have trouble getting in and out of a tub to shower. They told me this was a handicap room. Well it was a tub with a shower head up high, not even a hand held shower head. I had trouble getting in and out of the tub.
They were about 20 - 25 minutes late serving breakfast on Monday. They were about 5 minutes late on Sunday. Normally that wouldn't have mattered but we had someplace to be Monday to morning.
Otherwise, the hotel was clean and the staff was friendly.
