I’ve lived in my Concord house for 5 1/2 years. Although I love where I live and generally like my house there have always been little things wrong. Corners aren’t square, for and trim off just enough to notice, lights not centered or square with each other or the room.
Now, 5 1/2 years in and my entire deck is needing to be rebuilt. It was never built properly and thousands of dollars are being spent to do what should’ve been done the first time.

Our recent remodel surpassed the vision we had for our new space! Sam and his team were able to work seamlessly with our designer, Amber to create our new main floor. The team listened to how we wanted our new space to function/feel and made it happen. The completion of our design created an updated “classic elegant” and better functioning main floor. Sam was always quick to make adjustments when needed and respected our part in the construction project. Our family and friends have all been pleasantly surprised at the transformation in our home. Opening up our home updated the floor plan and has resulted in a more comfortable home with an incredible amount of light and warmth. The remodel looks and feels so different, we feel like we moved to a new home! We are happy we chose to update our current home with Concord Homes and Sam Drown. We would definitely recommend Concord Homes and choose Sam and his team again. Our updated home is spectacular and fits beautifully in our mountainside neighborhood.

I just bought my dream home! Concord has done a phenomenal job with a unique and highly superior floorplan, Clay and his team have done a perfect job of craftsmanship and finishes, and Eli is welcoming and eager to help if needed on our home warranty. We couldn't find anything even close in this price range, and believe me, we looked at tons of places! I am referring all of my friends and family to buy from Concord.

We recently had our basement finished with Concord homes. They were very easy to work with. The price was fair and they stuck to the timeline they quoted us. Clay was a great project manager and made sure everything got completed properly. He was a perfectionist and got everything touched up and fixed after every crew before we could even mention it. We talked to them about all of the personalizations we wanted every step of the way. They made sure everything was perfect for us and the final look was exactly what we had wanted!
