I want to extend my heartfelt thanks for the outstanding hospitality we experienced during our stay on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home thanks to your warmth and professionalism. The quality of service, the comfort of the facilities, and the delicious food, especially the breakfast, exceeded our expectations.

We also greatly appreciated being able to wash the jetski and the meticulous attention to every detail. It was truly a memorable experience that will definitely bring us back and have us recommending your hotel to our friends and family.

I want to give Country Inn & Suites by Radisson in Port Orange/Daytona Beach a shout out because out of all the hotels I've stayed in while vacationing over the years... NOT ONE has had a Pool Lift/Hoist for those with disabilities & mobility challenges to enjoy the pool too. Although I personally do not need assistance, I know parents out there that would appreciate this for their kiddos at their hotel while vacationing. I love this so much!!!

I also want to say this was by far the best hotel in the USA that I've stayed at. Everything from the staff at the reception desk to the amenities, to the room, to the breakfast, and to top it off they offer a laundry room to do your laundry for free. We did not want to leave. I originally booked one night and stated that we may extend our stay a second night. Well we extended it one more night and I nearly extended it a third night, but we did need to get home. The best two night stays & I plan on doing many stay cays in this hotel.

Jack very outgoing and friendly. The rooms very nice and clean. The breakfast bar comes with the reservation,but the choice's were extremely limited, but would definitely stay there again. They have nice pool area. Coffee and tea 24 hours with cookies

Very clean.
Hot breakfast in morning.
Coffee/Tea/Bottled water and cookies available round the clock, and free of charge.
Did not access pool/hot tub or gym equipment.
Hotel Staff and front desk staff friendly and efficient.
My only complaint was the room A/C unit was noisy.

Stayed 4 nights. Room was clean. Breakfast was good, not great. But I have no complaints. Staff very friendly and happy to help. Convenient location. What more do you need? Would not hesitate to stay again.

The Staff here is OUTSTANDING. Tiara is outstanding.|The young man working the Kitchen is Outstanding. The Girls cleaning the Rooms. Outstanding.|This is a well run establishment. The staff was beyond friendly and very helpful. Room was also clean and the pool too. Breakfast included in the morning and you can do laundry there too. Highly recommend place to stay and we will be back for sure

Stayed here before going south for my cruise. Gavin checked us in he was so friendly and helpful for our entire stay! The entire staff is great and we loved the breakfast! Would return again.

Rooms were overall clean. Sofa n chair very old. Bathroom way to small.

Front desk n housekeeping good but breakfast person not so much. Selections of food slim (only fruit was old oranges and only 1 flavor of yogurt) and scramble eggs looked like soup. Egg omelets ok.

Only thing I really disliked was how unbelievably hard front door to room was to open. Our neighboring room was same way.

Great stay, would definitely come back!

I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. The staff were welcoming and helpful throughout my visit. I especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet — lots of good options and fresh ingredients. The location was also perfect, close to shops and restaurants, and easy to get around. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is that the hot tub was closed during my stay, which was a bit disappointing. But overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely return!

Nice hotel, good swimming pool, breakfasts were great as well. For a "nonsmoking" hotel, there were people smoking right outside the entry ways. EVERY floor smelled like pot. Couldn't enjoy the pool area because of the smokers. I asked for extra coffee pods from a member of the cleaning staff. She was wonderful! Sorry nice and sweet. My grandson ran and gave her a hug. Last morning during breakfast, she came by to say hello. He remembered her and waved hello. (He's 2) The bed and room were great! Plenty of towels and extras.

Rooms are nice and clean and spacious, USB outlets for charging, free wifi. Staff is the best, very friendly and helpful and it's ducked off so it's in a more quiet area than other hotels. 5 stars whenever I go to daytona/port orange this is where I stay.

I recently stayed at this hotel with a friend on Saturday night while traveling, and I have some strong opinions about my experience. Initially, the presentation of the hotel was promising—it appeared very clean and cozy, with evident recent upgrades. The room was tidy and comfortable, and the pool was crystal clear. The patio area was also very nice. However, our experience took a downturn later that night. A group of young men were outside drinking, playing loud music, throwing stuff and behaving disrespectfully and inappropriately towards us as we walked back to the hotel from a nearby Korean BBQ restaurant. I was preparing to voice my concerns, but as I approached the front desk, I found that a young lady had already complained, and there was a heated discussion underway. Unfortunately, the gentleman behind the desk seemed to side with the intoxicated young men and even apologized to them, dismissing the young lady's complaint and her sense of safety. It was an example of male chauvinism at its finest. I should have spoken up, but it was clear that the issue wouldn't be resolved, so I walked away feeling disgusted.
Additionally, there were strong odors of marijuana wafting through the hotel. While the breakfast was decent, I cannot recommend this hotel for families or anyone seeking a family-friendly environment. The lack of security and the management's failure to address the misconduct and rowdiness are concerning.
