recently stayed at the Hampton Inn and had a wonderful experience. The breakfast was delicious, offering a wide variety of fresh and tasty options to start the day. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with an air conditioner that worked perfectly, keeping the temperature just right. I was also impressed by the front desk staff—they were fast, efficient, and extremely friendly, making check-in and any inquiries a breeze. Overall, the combination of great food, roomy accommodations, reliable amenities, and warm, helpful service made my stay very enjoyable. I would highly recommend Hampton Inn.

This is hands down our go-to hotel every time we visit Fort Worth! From the moment we arrive, we’re treated like family. The staff is always welcoming, friendly, and goes above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

The rooms are spotless, spacious, and equipped with everything we need for a relaxing stay. We especially love the attention to detail—the little touches really make a difference. Whether it’s the breakfast, the amenities, or just the overall atmosphere, this hotel consistently exceeds our expectations.

No matter how many times we visit Fort Worth, we always choose this hotel. It truly feels like our home away from home, and we can’t recommend it enough!

Stay was in the new show room. It was great. How ever not a fan of the plank hard flooring. I just prefer carpet for the home feeling and not the cold sterile environment. Everything else was great. Staff was great and Geoff did everything to make my stay perfect due to the minor difficulties with my first room.

Our recent stay at the Hampton Inn – Fossil Creek would have been a disaster if not for the timely intervention by Brandon, the manager. We checked in and went to our room. Everything was well until we turned on the AC. The AC unit made a LOUD high pitched squealing noise. No sleeping through that. Went back to Brandon for a new room. The hotel was sold out for the night. Brandon explained that the hotel was due for a major remodel and many of the AC units were noisy.

Brandon came up with an idea that saved the day. One of the rooms had been remodeled as a test model for the planned upgrades. He offered us to switch rooms with the model. But it was not clean. We went to dinner and returned to our room upgrade. Brandon and one of the other managers personally cleaned the room. Crisis averted!

We had a great stay thanks to the quick thinking and focus of Brandon and his staff. We will be back --once the room renovations are completed!

5 stars to the front desk employees Geoff and Brandon, who both went out of their way for me all the way from beginning to end. Geoff was patient and kind in guiding me step-by-step on the phone in signing up for Hilton Rewards and was a pleasure to talk with when checking in. Brandon also was an amazing employee, who was so open and inviting that I found myself sharing with him my life and he gave me wonderful insight and advice. He quickly became a friend. Great times and I hope to stay with you and see these two great people again!

Brandon welcomed me at the door with a big smile that really made me feel welcome. He checked to make sure my room was cleaned and ready, and gave me complementary water. He also went over wherever to find everything and times for breakfast. |My room was clean and comfortable, hot water to shower and breakfast was great. |I would definitely stay again if I’m in the area.

Hotels are often just a place to sleep—but thanks to Geoff, Brandan, and Amanda, this stay was so much more. Their friendliness and enthusiasm turned everyday interactions into something to genuinely look forward to. Whether checking in, heading out for the day, or coming back in the evening, they made the experience warm and welcoming.

The only concern during my 11-day stay was the pool/hot tub area, where the same band-aid and cigarette remained on the floor the entire time. That said, this reflects more on maintenance than on the amazing front desk team, who were consistently exceptional.

Outstanding staff / service. Great price on a spacious suite. Excellent location! Broken shade, clogged sinks. Coffee is important to me, and I hate dark roast. Light roast coffee is pretty dark. Promised half & half but did not produce it until the day I left (a week).
