Had an awesome stay! The front desk staff was absolutely AMAZING — those ladies truly rocked the entire weekend with their energy and kindness! The hotel was clean, felt super safe, and totally worth every penny. Yes, the exit road got a bit congested at times, but it didn’t take away from the experience. Plus, those warm cookies? Delicious! Our room was spotless and fully stocked, ready for us when we arrived. If you're thinking about booking — do it! You won’t regret it!

Would give 0 stars if I could, Amanda the manager was extremely rude with me and then frustrated when I gave her the same energy back. Don’t use a third party to book them because they don’t follow the guidelines of the booking and say they can’t receive messages through that third party even though they sure can over charge me through that third party. I never leave bad reviews I’m a big believer in good reviews but this was just insanely rude to treat me as a no show when I contacted them the same way I booked through them and they ignored the message and overcharged me as a no show even though on booking I was marked as confirmed and completed. Insane.

My family and I checked into this hotel and they issued us key cards for a room. Upon entering the first room, we saw that the room was partially clean. It was like the cleaners started to clean the room and stopped.

Our family had to take all of our luggage back downstairs and request another room. They issued another room key and upon entering, the room smelled like wet feet and as normal practice, we checked the mattresses for bed bugs (even the pull out sofa). We found all kinds of stains on both mattresses (the king mattress and pull out mattress). I went downstairs again and showed them pictures of the mattress, to which they said, “They’re all like that.” There was no attempt to replace it or move us to another room.

Even the shower shampoo, conditioner and body wash were empty.

I took 2 stars off because the rooms need to be updated. Our suite on the 4th floor needs the bathroom redone, shower drain cleaned out so it’ll drain again, and something fixed with the hvac system so it doesn’t make that horrendous noise all the time.
Service was good and the suite was clean!

Quiet, clean and nice dining/bar area downstairs. Not in a very urban area but they charged $6 for parking! Is this a new thing hotels in rural/suburban areas are doing to siphon even more money out of customers?! It is sneaky, as this was NOT disclosed when we booked. Clearly a new, unnecessary bit of nickel and diming consumers.

The room was very clean, but it had trash can that had no bag in them and was very small, you had to go get you own bedding for the pull out couch should have had bedding on the couch, keeping the guest to come down to get them not a good thing. When we visited it was bad weather the main road was flooding thank God my daughter truck was high off the road, car was stop in high water trying to get to there's hotel. I understand it's not your fault, but need to be address with the state for better road to your hotel 😉

Bartender has been great. Very sweet n make the best strawberry lemonade drink. Room service has been great. Love they clean every day. Overall I would stay here again. Oh n don’t forget the fresh cookies every day!

I was only there for a few hours to take photos of a bride, but the rooms are really nice and bright. And they're really well furnished, and the staff is really excellent, and if you haven't had them yet. The cookies, although expensive are to die for, the doubletree cookies are awesome.
