I have had issues with my sprinkler system since I moved here almost 5 years ago. Every year I paid River City Irrigation (yes—naming and shaming) an annual fee to come out, check the system, fix whatever needed fixed (for additional fees) and every year my system would have some zones stuck on and the water pressure was terrible. By the end of the summer I would have little circles of green in a sea of brown grass. I would call, they’d come out and tell me zone X, X, X need new diaphragms. I’d pay $200+ with no results. The next year it would be different zones, and different zones the year after. I got very frustrated and finally asked to see a map of the property to see what zone was what. As I was out in my yard looking around, my neighbor came over to help and we checked all the diaphragms, only for him to tell me that wasn’t the problem—it was the valve itself. We also uncovered an entire box that was under grass in the front yard that held three other zones that clearly had never even been checked Beanie it was buried! He tweaked a few things and it worked beautifully! This spring I turned it on and found one zone stuck open, one not working at all, which took the pressure from the other zones. This time I called River City Lawnscapes—yes naming and shaming again—and they didn’t even come out. They told me the area I live in is notorious for problems with diaphragms and they wouldn’t be able to do anything differently than RCI and sorry we can’t help you. Mind you, ALL of my neighbors’ systems work perfectly—I see them as I’m driving out to work. Finally I called OSI. The communication could use some work—I called and didn’t get a call back, two weeks later I called again, got an appt set up but didn’t realize I had to sign two separate approvals (I had only signed one) so no one came out. When I called I was told they tried to call me that morning—they didn’t—which she then realized and apologized but by then four and a half years of frustration boiled over and I was done with everyone. I did make another appointment though. I’m SO GLAD I did. They sent a wonderful, friendly technician out named Will, I gave him the map, told him my problems and he got to work. He then called me out to tell me what the problem was, changed out three valves, and PERFECTION!!! It’s been a week now and the zone that wasn’t working is working, my water pressure is beautiful and I am so thankful for OSI and Will!!!

They are not interested in customer satisfaction at all. This company use to be good but when you want good service forget it. They will screw you.They are only interested in $. Nothing less. DO NOT use this self serving , no customer satisfaction worthless company. Beware! Many other companies out there. Use them!

I utilized OSI for 2.5 seasons, beginning in 2021, for lawn applications on my small-medium lot. My initial experience with the company was great. They were timely with their quotes and had great customer service. I was skeptical of their scheduling for lawn applications the first year, but chalked the insane amount of weeds to it being the first season. Their scheduling seemed to be inconsistent. After the 2nd season, I began to see some minor improvement, but still lost the lot by mid July to weeds that the lawn was being treated for (again, a prepaid summer). This last season, I did not opt to prepay. The first treatment occurred in April right on schedule. I received a May treatment as well, but by the end of June, I did not see anyone. Knowing that we were selling our home, we planned to just cancel the treatments as they didn't seem to be helping anyways. When I called OSI, they informed me that I did not pay for my June treatment. I apologized at first, but began to wonder why I didn't receive an invoice, see flags, or have the technician appear on my security cameras. When I asked the excuse was that "sometimes the invoices blow away." I'd have accepted this if there had been flags in the lawn and if they appeared on my cameras (as our pest preventative person did on the same day with no missing invoice from the non-existent wind). The customer service rep stated that the truck GPS showed that this person was at my property on that day, but must not have gotten out of the car to do the treatment if they were here. With all of the red flags, I don't believe we will do business with them and absolutely do NOT recommend you waste your money for their services. Honesty goes along way and does not appear to be the policy for OSI.

Not good customer service. Not willing to work with us after an email bill was not delivered for a service and then late fees were charged. Most companies would remove the late fee but they were not.

Paid for them to winterize my sprinkler system, they did it incorrectly and there is now a crack in the valve. Reached out and they said they would come out and replace the part. 1.5 months later and they haven't fixed it nor have they replied to my most recent request for an update on when this will be fixed. Will not use them again.

This used to be a great company, but a few years ago the quality and the customer service completely disappeared. I used the lawn service for years, but as the price went up, the weeds grew and the service was awful, so I dropped them. I have called several times to get my sprinkler system serviced, but they are not even capable enough to return my calls. Take your money elsewhere, they obviously don’t care!

Had a sprinkler issue, OSI came out, replace a couple things said it was fixed, NOT!! Called them, they want another trip charge I would not do business with this company, No customer service at all! I paid my $262.32 because I’m a stand up guy, unlike this company! Already set up with a sprinkler system blow out elsewhere, not with this company!!!

Paid $63 for Spring irrigation start-up, which should have included adjusting heads to get full coverage where necessary. I have 4 spots of dormant grass because sprinklers don't reach these areas. OSI advised that they could make adjustments in 2 weeks, but that there would be a service charge! They would charge me $ to correct THEIR mistakes!
