5 stars at a minimum for Taco Rico! We hit the jackpot going today as they have birria only on weekend - it was excellent! We tried 5 other tacos as well, all good! Friendly owners/staff too. Highly recommend.

Love this place. I tried the carne asada, tripas, suadero, and pastor tacos. All super good. Also, we tried the birria. Very traditional and flavorful. We'll definitely be coming back often. 👍

Amazing food, great service & even better prices! We had Taco Rico come in and feed our staff at GoodFellas HVAC early this morning. They were easy to work with, provided our hungry crew with good sized portions and got them fed super fast! We will definitely be having them back!

ive always seen this food truck when I passed buy finally decided to stop since I was craving quesabirrias o.m.g so delish the birria sauce they give you in the cup is so good then the broth oh wow im glad I stopped

We lived in the area for 4yrs...drove by many times and never knew how amazing this place is. We are in from Boise for Labor Day and stumbled in...Wow. Outstanding Food. We will be back.
