My sewer backed up on a Friday night. Adam answered the phone and he was professional, polite and funny. Maurey came out on Saturday morning. He took his time to ensure everything was cleared and no line breaks. He was also professional, polite and humorous. I appreciated them explaining everything as they went so I would understand it. I've only owned the house 3 weeks and it was Great to have someone you can trust to help you out. Maurey has completed minor and major plumbing issues for my work place for year. He never disappoints.

Butler Plumbing did a great job when my water heater was leaking. They responded quickly and professionally. They were here for less than three hours to remove the old water heater and install the new one. I will use them again!

We have a 2-story building and we noticed there was water coming from the second story on to the ground floor. We called Butler Plumbing, and they required us to sign a contract before doing any work or even telling us how much it would cost. They put a few dehumidifiers and fans in the building to help it air out, and they said it would cost $3,000 to fix the problem entirely. We needed time to think about this offer for a few days and get our finances in order. After a few days, we decided not to purchase their services, and they came back to get their fans and dehumidifiers. Now, they are trying to charge a $9,000 fee just for the rental of the fans and dehumidifiers! They were only asking for $3,000 at first to fix the leak, so I can't see how they could fairly charge any more than that. Furthermore, they did not even fix the leak! So I can't see how they could charge even close to $3,000 for the rental of the machines for only a few days. The owner (Adam) is now trying to take our entire building by placing a lien on the building for what he has charged. It seems very unfair and he was highly unprofessional when we disputed this charge. It seems that Adam is bullying small businesses and trying to get as much as he possibly can out of them.

Maury has always been great to work with during our Spa install. He has always been professional and kind and is very thorough with the job that he does. He explains everything and you know what you can expect with this company. We have appreciated his honesty throughout this process and would highly reccomend the company to anyone in the Wichita area. He even loves our dog! 🙂

Had a roof leak leave about 75 square feet of wet carpeting in our office. Our regular carpet guy was out of town so we called the Butler. Required to sign a contract before notification of the cost of the work. It took the guys about 5 minutes to vacuum the carpet an plug in two fans. They came back in two days and removed the fans. Billed $750. That is a rip off. Cannot recommend this company.
