We have lived at Stoneleigh apartments in Centerton, AR since 2023. Every summer season we have had an extreme gnat issue. We feel like prisoners in our own home. We can’t eat or sleep with peace anymore. When we called the front desk for advice on this issue, they simply said it was an apartment complex wide problem and they suggest we buy gnat traps.
We have had gnat traps out for about 2 months now. We have to put new traps out every single day. We have tried every “hack” with no luck. This is what every one of our traps look like after 2 hours.
UPDATE: pest control came 1 week after our “conversation”, was here a total of 3 minutes. Took a look around and said that gnats are usually a sanitary issue! Confirmed we have no fruit or vegetables laying around and that they are coming from somewhere else. Recommended a product to buy at the store. Doesn’t seem like the issue will be resolved until winter.

Great but could be a little better. We had an amazing experience and always do with the front office staff, everyone's very nice and welcoming and the community is nice and quiet. Apartments are nice and mostly updated but could be better with how high the price is. We still love our apartment and appreciate the nice quiet location and amenities. Would like if the parking lot was salted for snow and the mailroom was kept up a little better in addition to the gym. This could be partly from the weather but I think additionally that the communication could be better with maintenance visits being delayed when expected at certain times/dates as well as trash compactors being pretty old and breaking down. These are little easy fixes that aren't super important; I would still recommend to these nice cute apartments for families and young/old individuals. We've made it home fairly quickly and that's the most important part.

We really loved living here! The pool and grill area was so fun and family friendly, the gym is convenient, the office staff is so sweet.
The complex grounds are so lovely.
We also loved how dog friendly it is.
The apartments themselves are clean and have good storage, and have a very nice layout. We loved our view of the courtyard that our apartment had.
Also the maintenance team is great and timely and so sweet and easy to work with.

We have lived here for about six months now, and we absolutely love it!!! Maintenance is quick to respond to requests, the apartments and community buildings are clean and quiet, and the neighbors are friendly.
The amenities and community events are an added bonus to an already wonderful living experience. Highly recommend.

My husband and I moved here in January and so far it has been an excellent experience! Our unit is in excellent condition, and was very clean and ready for our move-in. Plenty of parking, convenient proximity to grocery shopping and delicious restaurants. The complex feels well-maintained and safe, friendly neighbors, maintenance is very responsive, the front desk staff has been friendly and helpful, and the amenities are awesome to say the least! Sand volleyball, a well-kept pool area, grills (both charcoal and gas available for use) and picnic tables have been so fun to share with our friends and family when we have hosted get togethers. You can even reserve the clubhouse area for events at no charge! We are going to be utilizing this for my baby shower next month.
All in all, a great place to live.

I moved here in April. I really love it - it's quiet and peaceful. Love the gym, pool, free coffee in the lobby. The dog park is nice also. Even though it's on a busy street, it's aways off the road so you can't hear any traffic. The office people are always helpful. I also really like the new Tuesday's Food Trucks.

Stoneleigh has been the BEST apartment experience I have ever had hands down!! The office staff is SO friendly and helpful as well as planning super fun events all the time! We have resident pool parties, food trucks (yummy ones!), plant potting events, and all kinds of fun and engaging activities all the time! The maintenance staff is also incredible! They get to all of my request within the day and are always so sweet to both me and my dog! I couldn't ask for a better place to live! It is kept very clean, friendly, and all around a great place to call home!:)

I’ve been living here at Stoneleigh for a little over a year now and it has been a great experience. Maintenance has been very quick to respond to all of my work orders and the ladies in the office are very helpful when it comes to information on what’s allowed and what’s not allowed according to the lease. Not to mention this community has so many fun events happening for residents and doesn’t have any weight or breed restrictions with animals. My dog and I love living here! 10/10 Recommend!

Have lived at Stoneleigh for almost a year and have had a great experience so far and plan to renew my lease. The office staff communicates well about upcoming events or scheduled maintenance. The app process was incredibly quick and easy. If you’re looking for a property to live at where the staff cares and takes care of things, this is the place! Best apartment experience I’ve had, and I’ve lived in several different complexes. They just threw a pool party and gave away tons of prizes to people who live here. All neighbors I’ve come in contact with are nice! The amenities are great, they are also always doing things to improve the property. Can’t say enough good things
