We stayed in unit G at the Blue Church Lodge this past week and had the most wonderful stay. The space is beautifully decorated and well appointed. The beds are very comfortable, the living space is cozy, the kitchen is compact, but has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bathroom floors are even heated and have towel warmers.
The location is just perfect for Main Street action, and the ski slope is just two flights of stairs to the town lift.
I highly recommend! We will be back!

Stayed in the summer, walked into the unit, and found it to be 92 degrees. The in-unit portable swamp coolers didn’t have water in them so they were just blowing hot air and all the windows had been closed. We later figured out they were closed because they had no screens.||In one of the bedrooms the window was broken and couldn't be opened at all, this room was totally unusable due to the heat. We booked this property as we had two families and each room was allocated. We ended up having to use the couches in the living room as a bedroom.||Despite the thermostat being turned all the way down the radiators were still on. Not ideal in 90+ degree days. ||WiFi never worked, Comcast remote was missing. We did have consistent communication with the property manager throughout the first half of the trip. We rebooted the router multiple times, but still no luck. They had whomever they use on-site to try to fix it, but still no luck. We were told that someone would bring a Comcast remote mid-day Monday. It didn't show up, and it didn't matter as we had no TV function anyway.||The location was great, though. That is the ONLY redeeming factor of this property.

This is for unit 1A. I wish I had read the other past negative reviews of this place.|No internet. Since our unit 1A intenet did not work they suggested we use the neighbor's Wi-Fi internet. We did, which was below dial-up speed so unusable. We could not do business video calls due to the lack of internet. The owners know the internet doesn't work. They do not care.||The fireplace did not work. |The hot tub on-site was empty - no water. |One of the bedroom windows did not shut completely, which is a problem in the winter of January.|We were not allowed to use the ski locker, which was not a problem but odd.||The TV did not get local network channels like CBS, NBC, ABC||Its clear the owners know about these issues. The above issues could be solved for less than $200, but they do not care. We communicated consistently with the property manager throughout the trip, but they said, "sorry it doesn't work."

This unique converted church has a ton of character and couldn’t be more conveniently located for all the best that Park City has to offer. We stayed for three nights. You can walk a few minutes down the hill to rent skis and hit the old town lift, then ski the slopes all day. After you’re down, the bars and restaurant right below the Blue Church are incredible for good times. We also hit the community hot tub a few times and enjoyed it. Our unit E was clean and well appointed. Highly recommended.

My girlfriends and I stayed here last week/weekend. The location was perfect, however what was advertised and communicated was not as promised. After skiing all day we really wanted a working hot tub, which is also why we booked this place. The website and email confirmations up until the day we arrived said nothing about the hot tub not working. When we expressed our concerns with the owner, we were told, “this establishment is not responsible for working water, electricity, cable, internet, or any of their listed and advertised amenities". Which was honestly a bit of a shock, especially when their website and email communication failed to mention this. Feels like false advertising and felt taken advantage of. Pretty shady if you ask me. Beware before booking!

We stayed at Blue Church Lodge week after Christmas 2021. The location was convenient but there were so many problems, our Christmas vacation was spent trying to deal with them.
1- starting with minor: the downstairs bath toilet paper holder was broken, hair on the shower walls
2- sky lights in both upstairs bedrooms- one was stuck open and later repaired while the other was leaking and duct taped closed. The first night, it was terribly cold (inside and out) and the second night we realized it was due to the sky lights open; it was snowing inside the rooms. Everything below the windows was wet, we called the management company and they sent a couple guys that weren’t actually maintenance to look at the windows. They put duct tape on them and left. Maintenance came the next day and got one closed but just duct taped the other again because it was not fixable.
3- our oven did not work - management replaced with a toaster oven
4- fire alarm batteries went dead and they ‘chirped’ an entire night and next day -
About 12 hours before they finally replaced
5- the baseboard radiator in the master bedroom had no cover so we were very uncomfortable closing curtains over it - (fire hazard)- it took until our 4th day to get a cover that did not really fit and entirely cover it - but it was partially covered.
6- the common area fireplace did not work and there was a note in the room, that the hot tub was not to be used.
We asked to be moved which evidently could not be done since we were told they were checking but never called us back. We had to keep calling them because the never returned our calls.
We finally were refunded two night (we stayed six) which was okay but our stay was not anything that we anticipated. We did not relax or enjoy the advertised place that we overpaid for. The amenities advertised were not available, not to mention the needed repairs of the unit. Things that are expected; a functional kitchen and to be able to be warm and dry. This was a very disappointing ‘vacation.’

This place could be really nice, it's very dated, but there is potential. Sadly it's a flop, as it isn't well maintained or managed. To start out, the property management company immediately charged my credit card nearly $400 for no reason at all. In fairness, they refunded this charge when I emailed them. Beyond that, a lot of things are in complete disrepair. The tub wouldn't drain, the bed (unit F) was uncomfortable and needs to be replaced IMO. The towels seemed to not be rinsed after being bleached and it burned our skin. There are some pretty dirty areas around the property and room (as you can see in the pictures). I couldn't verify with the state, but even the business license displayed is very expired. I checked the "front desk" many times and nobody was ever there. I'm really not sure who is running this place, but I was not impressed and would recommend going elsewhere unless there isn't another option. On the pro side, this is VERY close to main street. It's also very close to night clubs, so being earplugs if you want to sleep before 1am.

Two years ago, we stayed in the townhouses across the street. We were quite pleased with the updated, clean two bedroom unit we rented and the buffet breakfast in the church was an added bonus. This year, we booked late and Unit F, in the church, was the only remaining rental. This is probably the worst place I have stayed in the last 30 years.||||Pro: is is close to downtown||||Cons: ||don't expect to sleep, the master bedroom mattress and sofa bed mattress feel like they are about 20 years old, The pillows are flat as pancakes. The master bedroom heat cannot be controlled and we were extremely hot each night. We asked for new pillows twice, when they eventually arrived, it seemed as if they had just been bought and I am assuming, based on their comfort level, that they were about 5 dollars each.||||Not only is the unit dated, but it is also dirty. The rug in the bathroom is stained, there are moldy cracks in the shower and the electric heater in the bedroom is fully off the wall, exposing a huge amount of dust.||||We also had to retrieve toilet paper from the hot tub room as we were only supplied with two rolls, eventually, after two calls, we were provided with two additional rolls for three more days with three adults!||||Also, about half the light fixtures had dead bulbs.||||Finally, do NOT put your ski equipment in the storage locker. We lost an hour and a half of skiing because the lock jammed, we tried for quite a while to take care of it ourselves and it was forty minutes from our initial call to management before maintenance arrived to remove the door. (he was extremely polite and worked quickly)||||This unit is not worth the decent price. While we may have managed with the outdated furniture and kitchen supplies, the fact that sleep was so impacted for a ski vacation makes this just not worth it.
