This bakery is truly a hidden gem and one of my favorite spots in town! They specialize in delicious Filipino baked goods — from breads, cakes, pastries, empanadas, and of course their donuts. They also have a great selection of drinks and coffee. Everything I’ve tried here has been consistently fresh and delicious.

The owners are always so friendly and welcoming, they’ve always treated us like family. The food, drinks and device here are always excellent - I highly recommend stopping by

Hidden gem if you are craving Filipino sweets. We bought some ensaymada, Filipino brioche bun, calamansi cupcake, mango mouse cake and Halo-halo dessert drink. The ensaymada was not the same as the original version. The bread was not brioche but more like a yeast bread. The calamansi cupcake was good but needed more sourness. The mango mouse was exquisite but needed more mango flavor. The Halo-halo was just ok because the ice was not shaved very fine. We will try other sweets next time.

An absolute must-visit! This Filipino bakery serves the best baked goods and desserts—we love everything! Our favorites are anything pandan and ube. The brisket stew buns are absolutely delicious. A true taste of home.

We stop in here often because we literally crave the ube and pandan desserts and the empanadas! One of our bright spots here in Dumfries. The owner is so friendly and always patient with us as we’re deciding between treats. There is a cozy spot to sit and snack, but we often take our items to go. Also the Spanish coffee was smooth and delicious. We cant say enough how much we love dining here!

Went for dounuts! Was not disappointed. The pistachio and the chocolate one's were decadent, delicious and the dough was so fresh. The Lavendar Macha was delicious as well. Will be back for sure!

Interesting to find this filipino pastry shop along Rte 1 next to a gas station half way to Fredericksburg from DC. The donuts with Asian favors such as Ube, salty egg yolk, and others are good.

BEAUTIFUL.IMMACULATE. This place is top tierrrr. I ordered the strawberry matcha along with a whole bunch of other pastries ( ube cheese pandesal, buko pandan, matcha cookie, pandan cookie, empanadas) and it looked amazing and tasted so amazing!! Also their huge selection of drinks look delicousss! The lady in the front was also very helpful with our order and very nice. Cocoi’s is definitely a must try!!

Today was my third time visiting the store and let me tell you their cakes and donuts are crazy good. The amount of sweet is just perfect and the flavor is very delish. I have tried their pandan and ube cake and their iced lattes. Everything was 10/10. My husband is not a sweet person and he loves it. Definitely will be visiting this place often.
