Never have an issue with Harris and their service. They are always very transparent with pricing and service schedule. Harry Mecouch and his team did our septic line this past week, on short notice, and were incredibly respectful. What goes far with me as well, is how a company treats my wife when I’m not around. Nothing but respect from them and that means a lot. Harris will always be our first call for any service we need. Dane Thomas, and Kristy in dispatch, were also very tremendous and were great with customer service to me and my wife.

The technician arrived promptly, was very polite and even ensured he hat shoe protection on before entering the house. He took all of the old fans and packaging from the new fans for disposal. Everything was clean and moved back into it's original position.

I would definitely use this company again. I would like to give a heartfelt thank you to Scott Childs for doing a great job.

Mark did an outstanding job and his work was done quick fast and effortlessly showing his work afterwards; my wife and I were amazed. Everything is working properly and Mark even gave advice about cleaning the filter for better water flow. Marks service is highly appreciated and we thank you again for the work done today.

Unfortunately, I selected Harris to install a mini split at my home. I gave them a deposit of $1,241.28 on August 22, 2025. When my wife and I met with the salesperson, Darren, I was informed that the work could be done in a few weeks. Initially I was told by Darren that a deposit wouldn't be necessary, but suddenly that changed and I was told it was actually needed after all. After I provided the deposit, communication became very poor. When I would inquire with Darren or his office assistant, Kristy about progress with the permit, I was ignored. Finally, Darren confessed that the permit had been forgotten, and since it was not yet ready, the date of installation would have to be changed. I decided I was tired of being ghosted so on September 16, 2025 I informed Harris in writing that I was canceling and I no longer wanted the mini split. Harris is still holding my entire deposit and naturally they are once again ghosting me. Even on the Harris website chat, I'm given a canned response: "I’ll pass along your details and request to our billing department, and they will contact you directly for further assistance regarding your deposit refund," and then nothing happens. Harris has been holding the deposit that I trusted them with since August 22nd and It is now October 10th. I would update this review if anything changes, but I doubt it will. I hate writing reviews, but I had to let others know so they don't make the same mistake I did. This company has proved that they have zero customer service and they cannot be trusted. I do not recommend Harris Plumbing, Heating, Air & Electrical.

Technician was prompt. I love that you can track where the tech is to know when he arrives. He was very nice and knowledgeable. He fixed my garbage disposal quickly and even gave us tips on what to do in the future. I always have good experiences with Harris whether it’s plumbing or electric. You can always get an appt. quickly and everyone is very nice. I even pay the $10 monthly fee to get a percentage of services and no charge for the service call. The tech who came to my house was Zachary.

Andre and all the team that removed my old heater and installed the new unit were very courteous and professional. The connections made were very neat and not in anyway hurried. They cared about their work and customer satisfaction.

Andy was terrific! He was very thorough and a very pleasant worker! He took care of all our plumbing issues! My wife and I agreed that if we ever needed another plumber that he would be the one we would call! He cleaned up after himself, and that is rare these day! We would recommend him to anyone in a heartbeat!

HARRIS PLUMBING responded in a very timely manner. House full of people, One and only toilet not working, that was a dire situation! The plumber GREG HAWES was very professional. Fixed toilet but even better, he explained preventive measures to try to limit future problems. Would highly recommend the company and this employee.
