Ralph white is a slum lord a lier , he is charging me 1300 dollars I have a hole in my roof which I slipped and hurt my self , door , windows broken ,stove don't work and he sent his daughter to tell us to leave because I refuse to pay 1300 dollars he even tried to scare my wife by telling her he would remove our door and turn off our electricity he even said he would send guys into the house to hurt us his daughter lied to police today and said I threatened to do harm to her which is a lie I was at my school and had the conversation with 3 people listening he is a lier and a greedy slum lord is this the kind of man you want in city council he has never did anything for Stockton he is a thug his damn self. He hasn't and won't do anything for south side look at it hasn't changed at all since the 70s what makes you think at 82 years old or have ever old he is that it gonna change now, he for him self.

Deshaun Wright has 32 cans of sardines under his desk, he keeps telling me that he hopes they won't find out he's growing russet potatoes in giant pots in the corner. His sister Reehee is also in on it bringing him fertilizer and seeds. I hope Ralph White really does something about this 🙏.

I lived there and I had a bath tub, shower and toilet, No roaches or bed bugs or mice. No air conditioner. Ralph White is the owner and if You need a place to stay You should be thankful for this housing. I never seen any body rent a room for one night it's more like on a monthly basis, some of the rooms are run down but keep in mind how old this place is,... it's a part of Stockton history.

Ralph White was a kind and amazing talented old man. He asked me a few questions before handing me the keys and leading me to an unexpectedly lavish room. There was no weird smell, the bed was cushiony, wifi was strong, air conditioning was quiet, and the walls were sound proof. What more could you ask for?

My mom lives there and it's a real messed up place the city should condemn it. Electrical outlets are 30 years old the plugs won't stay plugged in cause they are so worn out. The city should really look at this place.

Needs to be torn down and made something useful for the community or city. Right now its dirty, and inhabitable. However, there's families living there and paying rent when they have no kitchen, bathroom and can't live a normal life under these conditions. No stars.

The sign out front says White House Motel, but it is actually an apartment complex. The locals actually refer to it as "Frank White's" in reference to the owner. If you visit anyone who lives here, prepare to be questioned thoroughly by the manager before being granted access. This is due to the high drug activity in the area that they are working hard to eliminate.

This place is run by ex city councilman Ralph White he is the biggest Slum Lord this place has BED BUGS an BIG RATS an Cockroaches. General Relief pays $349 a person to live in these conditions.
