Clean, comfortable and quiet. This isn't the Hilton but was nicely updated inside and well worth the price. Area was pretty convenient to restaurants etc. Bar across street, Pulse? Was friendly. Lot's of screens to watch games and karaoke on Wed in the back room.

Well the first room ac didn't work the second room ac worked well. The shower head leaked had blue painters tape holding something together TV was funky with the tint couldn't fix it. Pay too much for this room for all these problems.

Super clean rooms. Very nice people. We were only going to stay 1 day and ended up staying the whole week. Highly recommend.

Happy with FHI, will probably return when I come to Whittier. The electronic door key was terribel however, borderline non-functional. Had to go to the office each day to get it reprogrammed. It took minutes to get the door open...not good at all.

We booked for two days because our house was getting worked on-and because I read such excellent reviews. Sad to say it was we got a room that had old furniture the bedding looked like it was from the thrift store. There were stains on the blanket the comforter and the both sheets. I was disgusted 🤮 disappointed but even more than that the tv wasn’t working and the Dodgers were on. Of course we complained I just wanted to leave. Anyway another room was offered. Acceptable but we’ll never go back. This hotel has higher reviews than the Doubletree!!! Not even close. How could they have such differences in rooms. This is not good business.

This is my second time staying at the Friendly Hills Inn. That should say a lot. The room was clean, I don’t hear my “neighbors”, the bed is comfortable, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The next time I am in Whittier, this is where I will stay.

We had a generously sized room with two queen beds, a table with 2 chairs, still leaving room to walk around, with plenty of storage room. Shower was also spacious. All decor and fixtures were updated and fresh. Room was very quiet, even when at full occupancy. Very comfortable beds, pillows and bedding. There were 4 pillows on each bed to start! No need to ask for extras! Perfect accommodations!
