We came to look at hot tubs. I’ve done some extensive research online and went to a few other stores. I told Ryan as we walked in…I had lots of questions. I grilled him with questions and he had answers. I’m a pretty good judge of people. I know when they are trying to tell me what I want to hear. I believe he was honest and wanted the best for me. Value is always my biggest reason for purchase. The cheapest item isn’t always the best value. My wife and I were very comfortable with Ryan. The product he is selling is quality. We had a good experience and we are glad we purchased from him. After the sale, we have had additional questions and he has been very helpful.

After shopping around, we were so glad to find Ryan and Fox Valley Pool and Spa for our hot tub. Friendly, knowledgable and easy to work with, he took as much time as needed to answer questions and make sure I was happy. Al made the long long drive on a frigid morning to deliver it and got it all set up making sure everything was warm and working before heading out. Just another good reason to get your spa there.
Can't remember the last time a made a purchase like this and had absolutely nothing go wrong, get delayed or not be as promised. Totally satisfied, Thank you Ryan!
