I had a great experience with Extra Space Storage when helping my sister-in-law move in. From start to finish, the customer service was outstanding. Gabriel was friendly, professional, and extremely helpful in making the process as smooth as possible. He took the time to walk us through the rental options and was clear about all the details.
The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the quality of service and the peace of mind that came with the secure location. The facility was clean, well-maintained, and felt very safe, which was a huge plus. I was honestly impressed with how organized everything was.

The facility manager was very helpful and the rental process is always easy. I have tried other storage rental companies and always return to extra space. Clean units. Lots of options. And I got lucky this time with a little structural shelf on the back wall.🙌🏼

I needed this rental space in an emergency situation and I was able to call Extra Space Storage and get a unit that same day. Upon arrival it was clean and ready to use. It was easy to access the unit through the app and though the units were pretty pricey, the convenience and having a place to put my stuff where I knew where it was safe, made it worth it. Thanks to Derek and his help with the easy check out process. He treated me with respect and professionalism.

I have to update my review and give a 1 star. The facility, which I thought was secure having access gate and fenced in, was hit by thieves last night breaking into my truck that I pay $235 a month to store there. They broke into several other vehicles and storage units. My truck is wide open and there is still valuables in It I cannot get there immediately asI am working 2 hours away. I asked them to move my things to a secure storage unit and they REFUSED. This is bad customer service and I will be seeking legal if necessary.

The staff is really helpful at getting you the promo deals on sign up and on move out they helped with prorating the month as it was only a few days after the end of my month. The unit was clean and climate controlled and kept my stuff in good shape for sale.

I came to look at a unit for my in-laws and was shown several units with the help of Sara and Samantha.
They kindly showed me both indoor and outdoor units and helped me decide which kind of unit would work better for our needs.
I'll be sending my in-laws here after the holidays to get a space rented.
Clean facility and very helpful staff, I'm glad I stopped in.
