We had a great visit, and really enjoyed the peaceful surroundings. We visited Lexington for a mid-week trip to sample what the area has to offer re vineyards and cuisine. Thank you to our hosts, Michele & Derick. The breakfast options were fantastic. We stayed in the Garden suite, very comfortable furnishings. Well supplied amenities. We will definitely visit again.

What a lovely, restful evening we enjoyed at this beautiful inn. Our hosts were exceptionally helpful, kind and attentive. Our room was quiet, extremely well appointed and immaculate. The views of the surrounding mountains in springtime were second to none. We enjoyed a delicious, made to order breakfast and delightful conversation with the hosts. Perfect in every way. Highly recommend a stay at this delightful getaway.

Our stay at The Inn at Brierley Hill could not have been better! We would definitely give it the highest rating possible. The accommodations were first class. The home cooked breakfasts were so delicious and there was always plenty of hot coffee. As for cleanliness, it excelled in that area too. The beds were most comfortable too. Derrick and Michele’s hospitality, it was so welcoming, especially when they served us some of her warm from the oven, chocolate chip cookies. We hope to return for another visit.

Wonderful stay at the Blue Ridge Cottage. We came to Lexington for a quick anniversary trip. So glad we chose to stay at Brierley Hill. From the moment we arrived and we're greeted by the gracious hosts, Derick and Michele, to the delicious breakfasts in the dining room looking out at the beautiful vistas, this was a stay to remember. We have stayed at B&B's in the past and this was by far the best. Looking forward to our next visit.

We had a wedding in Lexington and decided to stay at The Brierley Hill B&B. It was the best decision we made! The Innkeepers, Michele and Derick were wonderful and made us feel right at home. Our room (Mountain View) was fantastic - beautifully appointed and very large with a fireplace and king size bed that was wonderfully comfortable. We also had a view of the mountains on all sides of the room! The breakfast was tasty and for our first night they left us a platter of chocolate chip cookies that were delicious! Lexington downtown was only 7 minutes away with great restaurants and shops. Had we been able to stay longer we would have hit up the museums. We definitely plan on going back!

The Inn is a beautiful property--i stayed in the Lexington cottage which is apart from the main Inn and has a living room and separate bedroom w fireplace and a large bathroom with both tub and walk-in shower. Everything is first class but the best part of the stay was the "Innkeepers" Michele and Derick who both bend over backwards to make your stay enjoyable. Breakfast is custom-made to order, not the usual hotel buffet. It's a B&B so no restaurant--just breakfast. Bed was super-comfortable and the location is quiet and peaceful. Would definitely stay there again. The only minor complaint i had was there was no closet or armoire to hang clothes but the Innkeepers said they have made a list for the owners who are eager to hear feedback.

Fantastic B&B. Innkeepers were wonderful. Breakfast was delicious. Views were incredible. Room was very clean and comfortable. Great common areas to relax in with super comfortable furniture. Everything looked like new.

We wanted a weekend trip not too far from RVA and booked here. It was perfect. Quiet, beautiful views, and the innkeepers Michele and Derick were so sweet and helpful. Breakfast was delicious! Highly recommend our private room - the Blue Ridge Cottage - with hot tub, fireplace, heated floor/towel rack in bath area.
Short drive away is Natural Bridge State Park, many hiking trails, and downtown Lexington.

We had the most amazing stay here. Derek and Michelle were the perfect hosts: so kind, welcoming, and helpful. They made us feel completely at home from the moment we arrived.

The breakfast Michelle prepared each day was incredible! Every meal was delicious and made with care. One afternoon we were watching a game and she brought us homemade cookies that were amazing!

The place was very clean, cozy, and had the most beautiful views!

We honestly didn’t want to leave. It was peaceful, relaxing, and everything we hoped for. Thank you, Derek and Michelle, we can’t wait to come back!

Michele and Derick were the perfect hosts! They were welcoming, accommodated our needs and took excellent care of us while we were there. They are excellent innkeepers!|The rooms are well appointed, beds comfortable, and the breakfasts delicious and generous; the menu choices you get to choose will blow you away! The inn has a terrace with incredible views of the blue ridge mountains on one side and the Appalachian range on the other. Deer, and various birds visit the property; all mornings I awoke to birds singing; it was quite enchanting. |Thanks so much for making a visit to Lexington VA such an amazing experience!

We have stayed here several times since the B&B opened. We normally stay in the Garden Room or the Mountain View Room. This time we chose the more private Shenandoah Suite on the lower floor. We loved having more room for a 4 night stay. The bed slept wonderful and the temperature stayed cool (as there was a major heatwave at the time we were there). We do wish there would be a different shower option than just the jacuzzi tub for the shower, as it is a very high step in and step out. Each morning the breakfast was delicious, and the variety made it even more special. The Innkeeper Michelle was wonderful to have conversation and share recipes with, and we will definitely be coming back again.

The inn is located on a beautiful property with mountain views; it feels remote but is a 5-minute drive to downtown Lexington. We stayed in the "eagles view" room, and it had a stunning view. The entire property is extremely clean and beautifully furnished. The breakfast was delicious. The innkeepers were very friendly and accommodating.
