Snappers catered my wedding last week. Mark was very easy to work with. The entire process from scheduling the tasting to the wedding day was very straightforward and the food was priced very reasonably. They supplied all the plates, silverware, and napkins. There were so many food options! The food received many compliments as well with the mac and cheese being eaten entirely! The line moved fast and all was cleaned up quietly and quickly. It was all very well organized and seamless!
My only complaint is that they did not leave the leftovers. I will admit that this was not brought up during the planning process and I hadn't thought about it either. When I went in the next day for clean up, the venue had said that they took everything with them. I suppose more of an error on my part.
Overall though, I highly recommend Snappers! They were reasonably priced and incredibly easy to work with every step of the way!

We just had our wedding this past weekend and snappers catered it and they did an absolutely amazing job. Food tasted great. They were very timely and friendly. If we had to it again we would definitely choose to use them again. Thank you snappers for being a part of our big day

Snappers catered our family reunion. It was an outstanding experience. Mark and his son could not have been nicer. The food was excellent - especially the lasagna! Hire these good people - you won’t be disappointed.

Mark helped me to curate a menu for my guests that truly had them satisfied. I have never heard so much talk of the food after a wedding receptions, but all of my guests LOVED it. All the food was cooked, prepared, and kept perfect for the guests to enjoy. I am not impressed often with catering, since sometimes the foods can dry out or be overheated but everything that we catered in from Snappers was perfect. I LOVED enjoying my food at my own wedding reception. My husband and I had the easiest time discussing details with Mark and he made our wedding reception run so smoothly.

We had Snapper’s Catering prepare the food for our family reunion. Everything about my experience was ABSOLUTELY PERFECT! Before retirement I worked for a caterer for over 13 years so my expectations were high. Mark was very helpful with all aspects and the price was fantastic! They delivered on time and we’re very friendly. But, the most important part is the food. EVERYTHING was absolutely delicious! Some of the crowd favorites were the fruit salad, signature salad and Monterey Chicken. My personal favorite was the macaroni and cheese. It was super creamy and reheated perfectly. Again, everything we ordered was top notch. I HIGHLY recommend Snapper’s catering and will definitely be using them again.

I wanted to serve delicious food at my daughter's wedding reception, so I hired Snappers. However I had no idea that my guests would continue commenting over and over: HOW AWESOME THE FOOD WAS!

Mark was great to work with, and he has an incredible crew! He shows up, sets up, the food is hot, and plenty of it. We didn't feel rushed, but when he was done, everything got tore down and off of the dance floor!

He has my future business.

We had snappers cater our wedding of about 150 people. They did an AMAZING job of contacting us before the wedding with details and making sure we were ready to go on the wedding day. Their prices were fantastic for the amount of food- which was a lot! They had the food set up by the time the bridal party arrived and then were cleaned up and out of the way without anyone noticing. They were so fast and efficient! Our guest told us all night that the dinner was the best food they had at a wedding before! We HIGHLY recommend snappers to anybody looking for catering!
